About me and my therapy practice
About me: I’m a qualified and experienced counsellor with nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and young people. I offer a calm, compassionate, and confidential space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported as you work through life’s challenges and move towards greater wellbeing.
Who I Support: I work with children, teenagers, adults, families, adults navigating later life, and individuals living with disabilities. My work is grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience, with an approach that is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive.
Expatriates & Global Families: With more than a decade of international experience, I specialise in supporting expatriates and globally mobile families. I understand the emotional impact of frequent transition, including relocation fatigue, loss, identity challenges, and finding stability in a life shaped by change.
Life Transitions & Everyday Challenges: I support clients through major life transitions, such as moving, parenthood, career changes, grief, as well as common emotional and relational challenges. Therapy can be a space not only for healing, but also for reflection, resilience, and personal growth.
