As an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with specialist training in Psychosexual Therapy, I offer a confidential, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can explore sensitive concerns openly and honestly. My approach recognises the important connection between mind, body, emotions, and relationships, and how these can influence sexual wellbeing, intimacy, self-esteem, and overall emotional health.

I work with individuals experiencing a range of psychosexual difficulties, including concerns around sexual desire, arousal, performance anxiety, sexual confidence, intimacy challenges, relationship difficulties, and the emotional impact these issues can have on daily life. Psychosexual therapy provides an opportunity to understand these experiences more fully and develop healthier, more satisfying ways of relating to yourself and others.

Alongside my specialist work, I support adults facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, grief and loss and trauma. Together, we can explore the thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and experiences that may be contributing to your current difficulties, helping you gain greater insight, self-awareness, and emotional resilience.

You may be struggling with overwhelming emotions, recurring patterns in relationships, or a persistent sense of dissatisfaction. Equally, you may not have a clear reason for seeking therapy but feel a desire to understand yourself more deeply and make meaningful changes in your life.
