Availability
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying more than you can manage alone, therapy can offer a calm place to pause and make sense of things.
I currently have availability for online counselling and face-to-face sessions in central Leamington Spa (Mondays and Wednesdays).
About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified, BACP-registered counsellor offering a warm, non-judgemental space where you can slow things down, talk openly, and begin to understand what has been weighing on you.
My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, meaning I work alongside you at your pace. There are no expectations to have the right words or to know exactly what you need — we explore things together with care, compassion, and curiosity.
I work with adults experiencing:
• anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
• low mood, burnout, and loss of direction
• addiction and recovery
• relationship and attachment difficulties
• low self-esteem and identity concerns
• life transitions, loss, and periods of uncertainty
My work in addiction and recovery is grounded in empathy and respect, recognising the deeper emotional and relational layers beneath coping behaviours. I offer a space where difficult experiences can be spoken about without shame or judgement.
Alongside my clinical work, I continue to develop my professional and academic knowledge and am planning to undertake an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing, reflecting my commitment to ethical, reflective, and evidence-informed practice.
Above all, I focus on creating a therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, emotionally safe, and understood. Therapy with me is collaborative and supportive, helping you reconnect with your own internal resources and move towards meaningful change.
Practice description
I offer:
• Face-to-face counselling in a calm, central Leamington Spa location on Mondays and Wednesdays, and
• Online counselling, providing flexible and accessible support.
Sessions are confidential and held in a warm, respectful environment. Online sessions are delivered via a secure platform and offer the same depth and care as in-person work.
Having both options allows therapy to fit around your life while still offering a consistent, supportive space to focus on you.
My first session
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you are unsure where to begin.
The first session is a gentle introduction — a chance to talk about what has brought you here, ask any questions, and see whether working together feels right. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready to.
We will begin at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
