Availability
I currently have online and face-to-face availability on Tuesdays and Fridays.
I offer sliding scale fees and aim to be mindful of individual financial situations. If cost feels like an obstacle to accessing support, please feel free to raise this with me.
I understand that therapy requires a financial commitment and I’m open to discussing options.
About me and my therapy practice
Life can sometimes feel difficult to navigate. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood or depression, feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, or finding yourself caught in patterns that seem difficult to change. Perhaps you’re struggling in your relationships or finding a period of transition or change harder than expected. You may not fully understand why you feel the way you do, but know that something doesn’t feel quite right.
I have a particular interest in working with Millennial and Gen Z clients who are navigating the pressures, expectations and uncertainties of modern life, including difficulties with work, relationships, identity, and finding a greater sense of direction and connection.
I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, feel heard and begin to make sense of your experiences. Together, we can explore what may be happening beneath the surface, how your past experiences and relationships may have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others, and how these patterns might be affecting you in the present.
Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you; it’s about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and finding new ways of responding to the challenges you face.
Practice description
I’m a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist (MA; MBACP), accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), with over seven years’ experience working across the NHS, The Priory and the charity sector.
My approach is grounded in Person-Centred therapy and informed by Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), alongside additional training in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Polyvagal Theory and Mindfulness-Based approaches.
I focus on the relationship between the mind, body and our relationships with others, and how developing a more secure and compassionate relationship with ourselves can support meaningful change.
My style is warm, collaborative and down-to-earth. I tailor therapy to your individual experiences, needs and goals. Whether you’re looking to better understand yourself, work through challenging experiences, improve your relationships, manage anxiety or low mood, or find your way through a difficult transition, we can work together at a pace that feels right for you.
