About me and my therapy practice
Specialist Integrative Psychotherapy for ADHD, Eating Disorders, and High-Performance
Navigating a high-functioning or neurodivergent brain can feel like a constant battle between your potential and your internal systems. Whether you are an elite athlete facing burnout, a professional managing ADHD, or an individual struggling with disordered eating, you deserve a therapeutic space that is as rigorous as it is empathetic.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and a Full Member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS). I believe "one-size-fits-all" therapy rarely works for those in high-pressure environments. Instead, I offer a specialist, evidence-based partnership designed to move you from simply "coping" to genuine internal alignment.
My Background & Specialisms
With two Masters degrees—one in Integrative Psychotherapy and another in Psychology—underpinned by a background in Sports Science, I bridge the gap between physiological demands and psychological complexity.
I specialise in:
ADHD & Neurodiversity: Helping high-achievers manage executive dysfunction and cognitive overwhelm.
Eating Disorders: Clinical recovery support, drawing on my experience leading specialist organisations.
Sports & Performance: Helping athletes and professionals navigate identity, perfectionism, and the mental load of elite competition.
Practice description
How I Work
My practice is truly integrative, combining CBT for practical regulation, Attachment Theory to explore deep-rooted patterns, and a Person-Centred foundation. We won’t just "talk about problems." We will conduct a thorough assessment of your internal systems, identifying where your "drive" might be working against you to realign your mental and physical health.
What to Expect
I provide a reflective, insightful space. For high-performers, asking for help can feel like a weakness; my philosophy is that vulnerability is the ultimate tool for performance and long-term wellbeing. I aim to provide the clinical depth needed to improve all areas of your life.
My first session
I offer a free initial consultation which lasts around 20-30 minutes to go through a standard assessment with you. This is also a chance for us both to consider whether we are correct for each other and a chance for you to ask questions too. This is done over the phone to make it as easy as possible.
