About me and my therapy practice
I offer warm, compassionate online or telephone counselling for adults across the UK. As a qualified BACP Integrative Counsellor, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and at your own pace. Our work together is tailored to you, your needs, your goals, your future.
My specialist areas include trauma and grief, with a particular interest in childhood trauma, domestic abuse, and narcissistic abuse. I am passionate about supporting people to rebuild their sense of self, restore confidence, and move forward from painful experiences. I also offer EMDR therapy; you can learn more about this on my website.
With personal experience of military life, I understand the unique pressures faced by serving personnel, veterans, and their families. This perspective helps me offer sensitive, grounded support to those navigating the complexities of military culture and its emotional impact.
My approach is integrative and person centred, drawing from a range of therapeutic models to meet you where you are. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready to make positive changes, I’m here to help you understand yourself more deeply and create lasting shifts in your life. Counselling can be transformative, and I’d be honoured to support you on that journey.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be happy to speak with you. Feel free to get in touch to book an initial session or ask any questions. I’m here to help whenever you’re ready.

Online, face-to-face and telephone counselling.
Deciding to seek counselling can be a difficult decision and I understand this. I offer a free initial 15 minute appointment usually by phone or online to see if we both feel we can work together. To get the most from therapy it is important to feel comfortable and feel there is a connection between you and the therapist you choose. Having a chat before committing to a session is the best way to get a feel for this.
I am flexible in my counselling so do not insist on a set number of sessions. You choose the time and the pace, weekly or fortnightly its up to you.
For online sessions I use a platform called Doxy, you don't need to download anything just click on the link I provide at the agreed time. For face-to-face I operate from my conservatory at home, see my website or social media page for photographs of the room.
