About me and my therapy practice
I work solely with children and young people. I have found through experience that that the relationship is the most important aspect in healing.
I work to create a collaborative, trusting relationship to help deal with what feels important for you to explore. I look to work together to focus on what ways will work best to provide support to enable you to find ways to deal with difficult emotions and thought patterns that may be holding you back.
I also work within schools both senior and primary and have worked for a charity. I have training and experience of working with children and young people within the neurodiversity community.
Practice description
I work in a number of ways, depending on what works best to make you feel most comfortable and relaxed. This could be through talking, creativity or play or a combination of all three.
