About me and my therapy practice

Do you sense that something in your life or relationships could be deeper or more fulfilling, yet find yourself stuck in old patterns of anxiety, frustration, or self-doubt? Perhaps you’ve tried talking therapy before, but it felt like insight alone wasn’t enough to create real change. You may be feeling the ongoing impact of childhood or relational trauma, or longing for more intimacy, connection, and aliveness.

My work blends evidence-based psychological approaches with body-focused and trauma-informed methods, allowing us to work at the level where change truly happens—through the nervous system, attachment patterns, and lived experience, not just understanding.

Therapy with me is a warm, grounded, and welcoming space to explore what’s present for you—current challenges, relationship dynamics, emotional wounds, or the sense that something essential is missing. I don’t see struggles as signs that something is broken or unlovable in you. Often, they are intelligent responses to experiences that haven’t yet had the safety, support, or context needed to be integrated and healed.

At times, the difficulty isn’t even fully clear—only felt as unease, anxiety, disconnection, or a loss of motivation or meaning. Whether you’re considering therapy for the first time or feel weary from years of searching and self-work, I support you in moving toward lasting change rather than endless analysis.

My approach is in-depth and holistic. We explore the root causes of patterns, not just the symptoms, while supporting growth in how you relate—to yourself, to others, and to life. Rather than working on a single issue in isolation, I hold the whole person in view.

Alongside insight, you’ll learn practical tools to regulate anxiety, manage overwhelm, and support your nervous system. These practices are designed to support you long after therapy ends—helping you feel more resourced, connected, and capable in everyday life.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a transpersonal therapist (MA) focusing on issues with self-esteem, anxiety, intimacy, relationships, life transitions and relational traumas. My holistic and empowering approach integrates body-focused therapies and transformational psychology & trauma research into a simple talking therapy format.

I use an in-depth holistic approach to explore the root cause of your challenges or questions and support your growth through counselling sessions, practical tools, and knowledge you can integrate into your everyday life.

Our traumas and challenges are not separate from our growth process or signs that something is "broken" or "unlovable", we just have not yet had a container to fully hold and integrate these experiences and see the transformational and healing power.

Do you wish to move beyond your old relationship patterns, relational traumas or painful connections to find a healthier way of relating?

Do you feel like your anxiety, past and doubts are holding you back from living the life you dream about? Or do you feel "stuck",  or "unmotivated" and looking for a new way forward?

How would you feel if nothing in your life had changed a year from now? Would you feel unfulfilled or frustrated?

I can support you in breaking these old patterns, finding freedom from self-destructive thoughts and anxiety, and moving towards your goals. My sessions can help you to feel more secure and at ease in your body and mind,  build deeper intimacy and develop relationships that are not defined by past experiences, triggers and repeating patterns.

Practice description

My therapeutic background is in psychology and a soulful psychotherapy approach called psychosynthesis,  I have additional training in attachment, trauma and body-oriented approaches.

My areas of experience and interest include relationships, love, sexuality and intimacy, anxiety, relational traumas, self-esteem and personal growth/life transitions.

My approach focuses on the whole-person transformation- and includes the full range of human experiences - the effects of trauma, relational trauma, and difficult past attachment relationships and our innate drive to heal, adapt, and express our potential and creativity.

In my counselling sessions, I will organically integrate visualisations, parts work, coaching modalities, inner child work, somatic resources, and guided embodied meditation practices. My work is relational and client-led, so I adapt my approach to best meet your unique needs and support your growth.

About me and my therapy practice

Looking to deepen your relationship?  I am an experienced Individual and Couples Therapist (MA, MBACP). Supporting long-term change in communication, intimacy, and relationships with warmth, integrity & space for complexity and diversity.

I’m a Therapist and Trauma-Informed Facilitator supporting couples through relational challenges and guiding them into deeper connection, intimacy, and growth. I specialise in relationship work that blends emotional depth, somatic awareness, attachment theory and modern evidence-based methods. My approach is grounded in the belief that relationships can be a powerful path for personal and shared growth.

This is client-led, impact-focused work—centered on what matters most to you as a couple. The space is supportive, honest, and geared toward meaningful change, not labels or diagnoses.

I work across the full relational spectrum: from communication struggles, emotional disconnection, past relational traumas and intimacy issues to thriving growth-focused partnerships and secure attachment.

Over the past ten years, I’ve trained extensively across disciplines that directly inform my work with couples: attachment theory, relationship therapy, relational trauma therapy, nervous system regulation, transpersonal and relational psychology, body-based therapies, embodied intimacy and conscious sexuality.

Practice description

In my work with couples, I use evidence-based practices to help you identify and shift communication patterns while exploring the deeper dynamics, beliefs, and habits that keep you stuck in cycles of conflict, hurt, and disconnection. Together, we move beyond reactivity—such as anger, frustration, and emotional withdrawal—into secure intimacy, trust, and meaningful sexual connection.

My approach is trauma-informed and, drawing from years of experience working with relationships, intimacy, relational trauma and nervous system regulation. I’m passionate about attachment theory and the ways it shapes how we love, relate, and repair. I also honour and embrace diversity in all its forms, creating a space where all identities, neurodiversities and relationship structures are welcome.

Many couples seek support for a wide range of challenges, including:

Repeating cycles of conflict, criticism, or emotional shutdown

Feeling more like roommates than lovers—longing for intimacy, passion, or connection

Struggles with communication, trust, or feeling emotionally unsafe

Navigating jealousy, insecurity, or fears of abandonment

Loss of sexual desire, mismatched libidos, or sexual dissatisfaction

Exploring non-monogamy, opening up a relationship, or repairing after rupture

Healing relational trauma, attachment wounds, or painful past experiences

Difficulty setting or respecting boundaries, both emotional and physical

Wanting to better understand your sexual self, desires, and needs

Feeling unseen, unheard, or unsure of how to reconnect in a meaningful way

Wanting to grow together with intention—learning practical tools to evolve as a couple through conscious communication, shared values, and emotional maturity

Curious about kink, power dynamics, conscious sexuality or bringing more play, variety, and excitement into your sex life

My first session

My approach to relationship therapy is collaborative, non-clinical, and non-pathologising. I work with couples who want to strengthen their connection, navigate challenges, or explore new ways of being together.

The process begins with a short intake form, followed by one individual session with each partner. We then come together for a joint session to clarify your goals and decide on the focus of our work. From there, we agree on the number of sessions that feels right for you.

This is client-led, impact-focused work—centered on what matters most to you as a couple. The space is supportive, honest, and geared toward meaningful change, not labels or diagnoses.

My work blends evidence-based psychological approaches and transformational psychotherapy with body-focused and trauma-informed methods, allowing us to work at the level where change truly happens—through the nervous system, attachment patterns, and lived experience, not just understanding.

We explore the root causes of patterns, not just the symptoms. Rather than working on a single issue in isolation, I work holistically on the whole person level.

Alongside insight, you’ll learn practical tools to regulate anxiety, manage overwhelm, and support your nervous system. These practices are designed to support you long after therapy ends.

My therapy sessions are affirming, judgment-free, and safe spaces for clients of diverse genders, sexualities, identities, relationships, lifestyles & practices.

Practice description

How I Can Support You

You may come to therapy with emotional challenges, relational struggles, or a sense that something isn’t quite right—sometimes felt more in the body than in words.

I work with both individuals and couples, supporting a wide range of experiences, including:

  • Anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, and nervous system overwhelm
  • Low self-esteem, inner critic patterns, and difficulties with self-worth
  • Childhood experiences and relational trauma shaping present-day relationships
  • Feeling emotionally triggered, reactive, shut down, or stuck in repeating patterns
  • People-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or losing yourself in relationships

Many clients also experience their struggles through the body, such as:

  • Persistent tension or tightness in the chest, shoulders, jaw, or stomach
  • Fatigue, low energy, or feeling constantly “wired and tired”
  • Restlessness, agitation, or an inability to fully relax or sit still
  • A sense of numbness, heaviness, or disconnection from the body
  • Difficulty feeling pleasure, safety, or ease in intimacy

I offer support around relationships, dating, and intimacy, including:

  • Couples and individuals navigating communication challenges or emotional distance
  • Dating struggles and recurring relational patterns
  • Attachment dynamics, trust issues, jealousy, or fear of abandonment or closeness
  • Intimacy, sexuality, desire, and pleasure-related concerns
  • Healing after breakups, relational ruptures, or emotionally unhealthy relationships

I also support clients through life transitions and deeper personal growth, such as:

  • Career changes, identity shifts, and questions of direction or purpose
  • Loneliness, grief, or loss of meaning
  • Personal development, creativity, confidence, and emotional resilience

My work is trauma-informed, relational, and body-aware, recognising that healing often happens not only through insight, but through helping the body feel safe, regulated, and connected again.
