About me and my therapy practice

At times, life can feel overwhelming, and it may be difficult to see a clear way forward. You might notice yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you, or feeling held back by emotions that are hard to manage. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

I offer a confidential and professionally grounded space where you can speak openly and begin to understand your experiences more clearly. I work with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, and grief.

My approach is thoughtful and tailored to you. I take the time to understand your circumstances and what you want from therapy, so that our work together feels focused, meaningful, and effective.

Choosing the right therapist is an important decision. I offer a free 15–20 minute consultation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels right.

Practice description

If you feel you aren't coping, or if you want to set yourself on a path to improve your overall quality of life, get in touch and we can work together to explore what's coming up. Using an approach that best suits you, we will look to achieve goals, and better understand what might be getting in the way.

My first session

The first session involves performing an assessment to see what's been coming up for you and how we might work together. The assessment is a chance for us to look at what's going on in the here and now and how it's having an effect on different areas of your life. Another important aspect of the first session is thinking about the aims and objectives of therapy and setting your goals for the sessions.
