About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Emma Rennick. I am an integrative therapist which means I can draw on many modalities in the room to help you make sense of what’s happening in your life that you’re struggling with. I see us all as unique individuals who have different ways of experiencing and responding to what life throws at us and together, I hope we can work to improve your confidence, relationships and overall wellbeing.
I see both individual’s and couples and have a long-standing interest in mental health starting with my original degree in Psychology in 1999 and have since worked in many different settings, including a 12-year career in television, a 13-year career in the NHS as a Public Health Nurse (School Nursing and Health Visiting) and currently work at the University of Hertfordshire as a Visiting Lecturer alongside my therapeutic work. I have helped with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, postnatal depression, bereavement, and everyday life stresses. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to talk about those things in life that don’t make sense and look forward to gently walking alongside you in your journey to a happier and healthier life.
