I am a Humanistic/Integrative psychotherapist and I work in a manner that has you, the client, at the centre. I believe you are the expert in your own life and experience. It is my aim to build a relationship and accompany you on your journey of self-discovery, growth and change. I offer a warm, confidential, honest and safe space, that is free from judgement. This space allows you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions, and any issues that are causing you concern. I believe that therapy is not a case of one size fits all. In my work, I draw on different modalities, to suit your individual needs. I will provide an empathetic ear and never judge your experience.

I appreciate starting therapy can make people a little anxious, but this is something we will work on together, to ensure you are comfortable and get the most out of the process.
