I offer sessions Monday to Thursday between midday and early evening. Most clients see me between 12 and 8, and I’ll do my best to find a time that fits your schedule.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer a warm and collaborative space where you can explore what is happening in your life with honesty and care. My approach is integrative and relational, which means we pay close attention to your lived experience, your history, your intersectionality, and the patterns that shape how you relate to others and yourself. The relationship we build in the room becomes part of the work, helping you feel understood, supported, and able to make sense of difficult feelings.

I draw from relational therapy, psychodynamic exploration, humanistic principles, CBT, and somatic awareness. These approaches help us explore your emotional world with depth while also developing practical tools for day to day resilience. My aim is for you to feel seen, understood, and supported as we work through anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, ADHD, relationship challenges, and anything else that weighs on you.

The therapy room becomes a space where you can reflect, make meaning, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been neglected or silenced. I offer both online and in person sessions, and the first meeting is free so we can get a sense of how it feels to work together.

Practice description

My practice is based in a quiet, comfortable room near Colliers Wood. The space is designed to feel calm, private, and grounded, giving you room to arrive as you are. Sessions move at a pace that feels manageable; some weeks we focus on insight and understanding, and others we work more practically on coping strategies, emotional regulation, or relationship patterns that are showing up in your life.

I welcome clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, identity questions, ADHD, and LGBTQ issues, as well as those facing complex family dynamics, relationship stress, or a general sense of unease. The work is tailored to your needs rather than following a rigid structure. You can expect warmth, curiosity, professional clarity, and an approach that takes the therapeutic relationship seriously.

I work Monday to Thursday from midday into the evening, offering both in person and online sessions. Your first session is free so we can explore what brings you to therapy, what you hope for, and whether we’re a good fit. My aim is to offer a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to go deeper, and empowered enough to make meaningful change over time.

My first session

The first session is free. It gives us space to meet, talk through what brings you to therapy, and get a sense of how it feels to work together. There’s no pressure to commit. It’s simply an opportunity to explore your needs and see whether my approach feels like a good fit.

I won’t ask you to complete formal assessments unless they would genuinely support your understanding of what you’re experiencing. Instead, we spend the time in conversation. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. We look at what’s been difficult, what you hope for, and what you might want from ongoing sessions.

By the end of the meeting, I’ll offer a clear sense of how I work and what therapy with me can look like. If we both feel the fit is right, we can agree a regular weekly time from there. The pace and depth of the work unfold gradually, and you remain in control of what you bring and how we move through it.
