About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for visiting my page and taking the step to find more about therapy and me as a therapist.
I am a highly motivated, compassionate, credentialed therapist with several years of professional work experience. I treat clients as individual humans who have individual experiences, needs and wants. I hold extensive knowledge and experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lack of motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion not as a number.
Practice description
I work studied a Counselling & Psychotherapy degree at the University of Warwick. I have spent time working as a therapist & coach within the NHS, Third sector organisations such as Mind as well as corporate organisations.
I will tailor our sessions to individual need and provide the best treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I strive to help others achieve their goals and receive both professional and personal satisfaction in doing so.
