About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on a range of theories and approaches tailored to your individual needs. My work is relational, with a strong emphasis on trust, collaboration, and emotional safety. I believe that the relationship is central, and that feeling heard, understood, and accepted can create the conditions for positive change.

Perhaps you are experiencing a significant life change, loss, relationship or work issue that is causing you to feel anxiety, overwhelm, grief, stress, or depression. Perhaps you are aware that your childhood experiences were difficult and notice patterns that keep being replayed in your life. Or you may feel low without knowing why, or have been carrying something for a long time that feels heavy and hard to share.

I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where you can talk and explore your experiences at your own pace. Life can be challenging and can bring emotions that feel too much at times. Having someone alongside you who listens carefully and helps you make sense of what is happening can be really supportive when navigating these moments.

It is important to me that my clients know they are the experts in their own lives. I will not tell you what to do, but I will walk alongside you, working collaboratively to help you gain insight and find more supportive and positive ways of moving forward.
