About me and my therapy practice

Do you feel overwhelmed with anxiety, gripped by a panic attack that paralyses and robs you of your natural confidence? Or are you feeling the heavy weight of depression, that leaves you without any energy and wanting just to stay in bed and hide under the duvet?

You don’t have to go through this alone.

I offer a calm, kind and confidential space for you to share whatever is troubling you. There’ll be no judgment, only empathetic understanding and a strong will to work through the challenges with you, by your side. I believe the key to recovery is for people to feel seen, heard and supported.

Practice description

I've trained as an 'integrative counsellor' meaning I draw on techniques from different types of therapy and tailor an approach specifically for you. There's no one size fits all with counselling and I'll work closely with you to find out what's best for you as a unique individual.
