About me and my therapy practice

Hi, my name is Tola and I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, which means that I am able to work with you on a range of issues such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression, abuse, bereavement/ loss, self-harm, motivation, relaxation, to name just a few. I am experienced in working with adults, young people and children within a school setting.

Practice description

I offer online live video sessions with availability for weekday evenings/some mornings. There is the possibility of face to face sessions in Havering or Grays- Essex, so do let me know if this is your preference.

I offer a free 20 minutes initial consultation. My fees are £50 - £60.

My first session

Part of our first session together will be an assessment but I will explain this in more details when we meet.
