Through a collaborative and personalised approach, we will work together to navigate challenges past and present, explore insights, and develop practical strategies to empower you on your journey and achieve your goals. Whether these are short-or long-term, I am here to support you every step of the way.

As an Integrative Counsellor,  I am able to offer a blend of therapy approaches to meet individual needs.  I understand that life's challenges, can sometimes feel overwhelming and how navigating through these challenges, can sometimes feel like an impossible task. Working in a down-to- earth, collaborate way, I can  provide you with an empathetic space where we can explore those challenges that has brought you to counselling and work towards gaining a better understanding of self.

A FREE 20 minute consultation, will give you the opportunity to talk and also give you an indication of how working with me may feel.
