About me and my therapy practice
Life can at times feel overwhelming, confusing or heavy, therapy can provide a safe space to explore, understand, and find your own way forward.
I offer a warm, calm, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel supported. You may feel anxious, depressed, stuck, or unsure where to begin — and that’s completely okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Together, we can explore whatever is on your mind, at your pace, in a way that feels safe and manageable.
It can be difficult to open up; here you’ll find a space where you can share freely without judgement. I work from a humanistic, integrative approach, trusting that within a supportive relationship we can explore how your beliefs, experiences, and patterns of coping have shaped your life. Through gentle enquiry and reflection, we can discover new ways of thinking, feeling, and being that are more authentic and meaningful to you.
Practice description
In therapy, you can bring difficult feelings, repeating patterns, painful memories, or confusing experiences, and be met with patience, respect, and understanding. You are not wrong or broken.
Change often comes from becoming curious about the parts of ourselves we usually shrink from — anxiety, depression, anger, shame, or fear. By exploring these experiences, we gain self-awareness and can begin to make choices that truly work for us. Together, we’ll look at which old stories you might want to release, which new ones to grow, and how to develop stronger, more resilient ways of relating to yourself and others.
I draw on a variety of creative and embodied approaches, including mindfulness, visualization, breath and body work, trauma education, inner child and parts work, and creative play. There is also space for philosophical or spiritual enquiry if this is important to you. My role is to walk alongside you, offering steadiness, insight, and care until you feel confident supporting yourself.
I work with people seeking short-term, focused work as well as those preferring open-ended therapy. We can decide together what is most appropriate for your needs.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel supported as we explore the difficulties you're facing. You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, low, or not sure where to begin — and that’s completely okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out. We can explore whatever you’re bringing gently, safely, and at your pace.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, or a feeling of being stuck, together we can make sense of your experiences and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. My approach is kind, steady, and reflective, helping you build clarity, confidence, and a stronger connection to yourself.
You are invited to bring all parts of yourself — even those that may feel messy, difficult or hidden. You are welcome to express what may feel unsayable or unthinkable to you. Together, we’ll explore the experiences, patterns, and beliefs that have shaped your life, so you can discover new possibilities and choices.
Practice description
I offer a space where you can finally put down all that you’ve been carrying and be met with warmth and understanding.
I provide a safe space to bring overwhelming feelings, repeating patterns, painful memories, or confusing experiences. You may notice the same old stories or themes appearing in your relationships, feel emotions that are too big or too shut down, or be unsure why certain situations impact you so deeply. Whatever you bring, you will be met with patience, respect, and compassion.
You are not wrong or broken.
As your awareness grows, old patterns may lose their hold, and you’ll start to feel more grounded, resilient, and able to meet your own needs. We’ll explore which stories you might want to release, which new ones you want to nurture, and how you can develop more stable, supportive ways of relating to yourself and others. My role is to walk alongside you — offering steadiness, insight, and care — until you feel ready to support yourself with confidence.
