With years of experience in various therapy settings, including NHS bereavement counselling services and the Priory Hospital working with addiction counselling, I've worked with diverse individuals, including those from Black and Asian Minority (BAME) backgrounds and marginalised communities.

My approach blends evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, compassionate-focused theory, and IFS. As well as completing an M.A. in Psychotherapy and Counselling, I continually seek learning from outside of what is institutionalised and deemed legitimate by academia, to ensure I offer you a complete experience on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. I integrate wisdom from spirituality, existential analysis, Eastern philosophy, and Jungian psychology to provide a holistic therapeutic experience.
