I offer online therapy throughout the UK and in-person sessions in Fulham. I work with adults on both a short-term and longer-term basis and aim to find regular appointment times that fit for each client.
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call so that we can discuss what has brought you to therapy and whether I am the right therapist for you.
I have particular experience supporting neurodivergent adults, professionals experiencing burnout, parents and carers, and individuals working through anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties and major life transitions.
About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in working in a neurodivergence-affirming, trauma-informed and relational way, creating a space where clients can feel understood, accepted and supported to make meaningful and sustainable changes. Many of my clients are experiencing anxiety, depression, continuous and complex traumatic stress, burnout, chronic overwhelm, life transitions, bereavement and relationship challenges.
I have particular expertise in working with autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults. Often, clients come to therapy following a diagnosis in adulthood, while others are exploring whether neurodivergence could explain experiences they have lived with for many years. For some, receiving a diagnosis brings relief and self-understanding. For others, it can raise difficult questions about identity, relationships, self-esteem, work, education and the impact of years of masking, misunderstanding or feeling different.
Together we can explore what your neurodivergence means for you, helping you develop greater self-understanding and self-compassion, while identifying practical changes that may make life feel more manageable, sustainable and fulfilling.
My approach is affirming rather than pathologising. Rather than viewing neurodivergence as something that needs to be fixed, we explore how you can better understand yourself, your needs, your strengths and the environments in which you thrive.
Alongside my counselling practice, I have extensive experience in neurodivergence, education and executive coaching. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in senior professional and leadership roles and founded businesses. This gives me a strong understanding of workplace pressures, burnout, managing competing demands, parenting responsibilities and the challenges many neurodivergent adults face in both their personal and professional lives.
I aim to provide a warm, collaborative and thoughtful space where we can make sense of what is happening and find new ways of approaching the challenges you face.
Practice description
Every person arrives in therapy with a unique story and I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
I work collaboratively with clients to understand what is happening beneath the surface of current difficulties and to identify what may help.
Our work may focus on immediate challenges such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low mood, workplace stress or relationship difficulties.
Longer-term work may explore attachment patterns, developmental experiences, trauma, identity, grief and the ways in which past experiences continue to influence life today.
Many neurodivergent clients find that therapy involves not only understanding themselves more deeply but also considering practical changes that can make life more sustainable, manageable and fulfilling.
I have particular expertise in:
Neurodivergence-affirming therapy
ADHD, Autism and AuDHD
Adult neurodivergence including whether diagnosed or self-identifying
Trauma and post-traumatic stress
Attachment difficulties
Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
Burnout and workplace stress
Depression
Bereavement and loss
Parents and carers of children or adults with additional needs
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call before arranging a first appointment.
The first session provides an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to therapy, what you would like to gain from our work together and any concerns or questions you may have about the therapeutic process.
We will discuss your current circumstances, the challenges you are facing and what has helped or hindered you in the past. Together we will consider your goals and how we might work towards them.
There is no obligation to continue after the first session. Finding the right therapist is important and I welcome clients taking time to decide whether I feel like the right fit for them.
