About me and my therapy practice

BACP Psychotherapist & COSRT Clinical Sexologist | Individuals, Couples & Relationship Therapy.

I have my private practice in the Cotswolds & Mayfair and I see international clients online.

Welcome. If you're reading this, something in your life or your relationships probably isn't feeling the way you'd like it to. You may be anxious, stuck, grieving, exhausted or caught in a pattern you can't seem to break. Or you may be wondering why intimacy, desire or connection has become difficult. Whatever has brought you here, you don't need to have it worked out before you get in touch.

My approach is relational and pluralistic. I draw on psychodynamic & attachment-based theory and I also use the biopsychosocial model, which looks at the body, the mind and the world around you together. I'm interested in your history, but I'm just as interested in what's happening in your life now and in helping you find change that lasts rather than insight alone.

The Erotic Intelligence Programme

For people who want a more structured, in-depth psychosexual journey, I've developed the Erotic Intelligence Programme. It is a three-stage process for individuals and couples who want to move beyond talking about intimacy and begin to change it:

* Audit: a gentle exploration of the beliefs, sexual scripts and bodily responses that shape how you relate now.

* Transformation: a somatic exploration of pleasure that helps you reconnect mind and body.

* Integration: a practical toolkit so that change lasts in your everyday life.

The programme is offered alongside ongoing therapy or as a stand-alone piece of work. We can talk about which suits you best.

I also work part time within an NHS sexual health clinic. That gives me a grounding in the medical and physical side of sexual wellbeing as well as the psychological. I work to the BACP & COSRT Ethical Frameworks and I'm supervised regularly as part of my commitment to good practice.
