At present, I have a waiting list. You’re very welcome to book an introductory call, and I’ll be in touch as soon as a space becomes available.
Reduced (concessionary) rates of £55 per session are available for trainee counsellors and clients on a low income; however, these spaces are currently full, and a waiting list is in place.
About me and my therapy practice
Reaching out for support can feel daunting. I understand how vulnerable that first step can be. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure of where to turn, you don’t have to face it alone.
I'm a BACP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist, and my approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. Drawing on Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Attachment Theory, I tailor each session to your unique needs. This integrative approach supports the development of self-compassion, emotional resilience, and deeper self-awareness.
I have worked in the mental health sector for over 10 years. I started as a Volunteer and over time progressed to a Service Manager for community-based mental health services in the Midlands. I recently worked with a local organisation as the Lead Therapist for 2.5 years, where I managed trainee therapists to support clients with a wide range of presenting issues.
People come to therapy for many reasons - perhaps you're navigating grief, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or the effects of past trauma. Or maybe there’s no obvious cause, but you feel disconnected, lost, or like something’s missing. Whatever brings you here, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
So often, we can be our own harshest critics. My work is grounded in helping people build a more compassionate and accepting relationship with themselves, because meaningful change begins with understanding.
Practice description
I offer individual therapy for adults (18+), both short-term and long-term, depending on what feels right for you. We can work together on specific challenges or take a more exploratory approach.
I bring lived experience of neurodivergence to my work, supporting clients who are exploring neurodiversity.
Sessions are held in person or online.
Therapy is charged at £65 a session (50 minutes).
Reduced (discretionary) rates of £55 per session are available for trainee counsellors and clients on a low income; however, these spaces are currently full, and a waiting list is in place.
My first session
I know how important it is to find the right therapist, which is why I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions, share what’s on your mind, and get a feel for how we might work together. If we both agree you would benefit from counselling with me, we begin with an initial assessment session (50 minutes at £65) where we explore your concerns, therapy goals, and how I can best support you.
No matter what brings you to therapy, you are welcome here. You deserve a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported. If you're considering starting therapy, I’d love to hear from you. If I am unable to answer your call, please feel free to leave a voicemail, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
