About me and my therapy practice

I would like to acknowledge your courage and honour the loving part within you that is guiding you toward healing and encouraging you to reach out for support.

Are you currently facing challenges or finding it difficult to cope with day-to-day life? Do you experience self-doubt or struggle with low self-esteem? Seeking help is an important and brave step, and I am here to support you on your journey.

I offer a confidential and professional service, providing a therapeutic space that is safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental. My approach is grounded in openness, empathy, and compassion, ensuring that each client feels seen and supported.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic models to best meet the individual needs of my clients. I carry an optimistic, transpersonal attitude into my work, trusting that even in the midst of pain and darkness, there exists an invitation for growth and transformation.

I believe that our behaviours, thoughts, and emotions hold valuable information about how we navigate the world and what we may be needing more of. Developing awareness of these patterns can open up greater choice and possibility in how we respond to life.

Incorporating the Gestalt modality, I focus attentively on your present-moment experience, while also exploring relevant memories and past experiences that arise. I view the body as an essential source of insight—our physical sensations often reflect our deeper emotional state. With gentle exploration and support, these experiences can illuminate what we truly need, allowing for meaningful change to occur.

At the heart of my work is the belief that life holds more depth and meaning than what is immediately visible or easily understood. I see symptoms as symbols—expressions that invite curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we can explore your pain and challenges to uncover the qualities, insights, or transformations that they may be calling forth within you.

Practice description

My professional training is integrative, enabling me to draw on a range of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. My core orientation is person-centred, humanistic, gestalt, and integrative, and I also incorporate elements from Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches when appropriate.

Each client is treated as an individual, and confidentiality is upheld at all times. I am an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and an Accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) as well as an Accredited Counsellor, Coach, Psychotherapist, and Hypnotherapist (ACCPH).

I hold a Master’s degree in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Coaching and Mentoring, Timeline Therapy, and Hypnotherapy. This multidisciplinary training enables me to offer a flexible and tailored approach, integrating a range of interventions to effectively support clients in navigating their personal challenges.

In my practice, I also work in a somatic and creative way, incorporating experiential techniques using objects, drawing, movement, or voice—particularly when words may not come easily. These creative experiments can help release emotional “stuckness” and open pathways for greater awareness, expression, and healing.

My first session

In our first session, my focus will be on understanding how I can best support you and exploring together what you need at this time. We’ll take the opportunity to discuss how we might work together in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for you.

This initial session is also a space for you to ask any questions you may have and to get a sense of whether I feel like the right therapist for you, and whether this is the right time for you to begin therapy.
