I work with you and your strengths and help to identify your weaknesses, we work together in our counselling relationship but you my friend are always the one in charge. My job is just to accompany you on your journey and try to be a guide, another person working with you to guide you back to the true you, your authentic self. 

The self that was there before your career or responsibilities, the you that was there before you had a family and a life that dictates where and how you need to be and when. The you before the trauma, the you before the grieff and loss, the you before the heartbreak. 

I work mostly face to face at my counselling practice in nuneaton, I do offer zoom but only really as a crutch for the first session to help get over any anxiety of that first session.

I do also offer walking or movement therapy and have some great locations if you don't feel like experiencing therapy in a traditional setting.
