About me and my therapy practice
Many of the people I work with arrive feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or burnt out—often after years of coping with trauma, chronic stress, or emotions that feel too fast or too intense. You might be exploring ADHD, autism, or AuDHD, whether you’re late-diagnosed, self-identifying, or still questioning. Many of my neurodivergent clients are navigating masking, autistic burnout, sensory overload, or the pressure to fit into environments that don’t support their needs. For some, this connects with identity, cultural background, or the experience of moving between different worlds and feeling unseen or misunderstood.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy for adults, including those exploring ADHD and autism, AuDHD, as well as people dealing with trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, chronic illness, women’s health challenges, low self-esteem, burnout, and family, relationship or workplace issues. With a mixed-heritage background, I also pay close attention to how belonging, cultural identity, and intersectionality shape emotional wellbeing and your sense of self.
My practice in Central London (W1G) is grounded in Gestalt therapy—a relational, present-focused, and creative approach that supports deep self-awareness. I also integrate mindfulness and somatic therapy to help regulate the nervous system, rebuild trust in your body, and foster greater emotional resilience.
Here, you don’t have to manage things alone. Together, we slow down, make space for what feels difficult or confusing, and work at a pace that supports you. My aim is to create a grounded, compassionate space where the parts of you that have felt hidden, muted, or overwhelmed can be met with care—so you can move toward a more confident, connected, and authentic sense of self.
Practice description
I am an integrative Gestalt therapist offering a humanistic, person-centred, and relational approach. My work draws from a range of therapeutic models - including somatic therapy, mindfulness, existential therapy, and creative experiential techniques—to support you in exploring your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations in the present moment. This allows us to work holistically with the mind–body connection and deepen your awareness of how you respond to stress, relationships, and life events.
My practice is both trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, with particular experience supporting clients who live with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, sensory overwhelm, masking, burnout, and the emotional impact of late diagnosis. I also work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, chronic illness, women’s health concerns, identity questions, and significant life transitions. Whether your difficulties feel long-standing or newly emerging, we work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and what you need to feel more grounded and regulated.
We explore how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. This may involve noticing patterns shaped by past experiences, understanding trauma responses, and strengthening emotional regulation, self-compassion, and resilience. Rather than analysing from a distance, I meet you in an honest, supportive therapeutic relationship where change can unfold naturally.
I offer a warm space where your voice is valued and where difficult feelings can be explored with curiosity instead of pressure. Together, we create the conditions for deeper self-awareness, healing, and more choice in how you meet challenges.
Whether you’re seeking trauma therapy, support with neurodivergent identity, help with relationships or boundaries, or a space to reconnect with yourself, I work collaboratively to support a more authentic, confident, and connected sense of self.

ADHD, Autism, AuDHD & HSP Therapy — Neurodiversity-Affirming, Trauma-Informed Counselling for Individuals & Couples
I offer neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed counselling for adults and couples who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that affect their relationships or sense of self.
My work supports you to increase awareness, reduce overwhelm, understand your nervous system, and build more grounded, meaningful ways of relating to yourself and others.
Many of the people I work with identify as ADHD, autistic, AuDHD or highly sensitive (HSP) and come to therapy after years of coping, masking, or putting others first. Others are navigating relationship difficulties, cultural or identity-related challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, or low self-esteem.
If life feels heavy, overstimulating, or emotionally exhausting, you don’t have to work it out on your own.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call, giving you space to ask questions and see whether working together feels like the right fit-with no pressure to commit.
A Space Where You Don’t Have to MaskClients often come to me feeling:
- Anxious or constantly on edge
- Overstimulated or emotionally overwhelmed
- Disconnected from themselves or their relationships
- Unsure of their needs or how to express them
- Caught between different identities, cultures, family pressures, or trauma
If this resonates, we can take things at your pace. You don’t need to have the right words — we can find them together.
In our sessions, we’ll work at your pace within a supportive, non-judgemental space where your voice is valued and your experiences are met with compassion and curiosity. Together, we’ll deepen your self-awareness and support you in moving toward a more connected and authentic sense of self.
Practice description
Neurodiversity-Affirming & Identity-Aware Therapy
My work is neurodiversity-affirming and identity-aware, and I am neurodivergent myself. This lived experience informs my work in grounded, professional ways — particularly in understanding sensory overwhelm, autistic burnout, emotional regulation, nervous system stress, and the impact of navigating systems that are not always neurodivergent-friendly.
Clients find it reassuring to work with a therapist who understands these experiences both personally and clinically.
As a Spanish mixed-race counsellor, I work through a strong cultural, racial and intersectional lens. I understand how culture, migration, family dynamics, racism, microaggressions and systemic pressures can shape mental health, anxiety, self-esteem and relationships.
Clients often share that it feels important to work with someone who can hold these experiences with sensitivity, curiosity and care.
I am a Gestalt therapist offering a humanistic, person-centred and existential approach, drawing from a range of integrative therapeutic methods. My work includes somatic therapy, body-based awareness, mindfulness and creative, experiential techniques, supporting exploration of thoughts, feelings and sensations in the present moment.
I draw on mindfulness and somatic awareness to support:- Emotional regulation
- Self-understanding
- Clarity around needs and boundaries
- A deeper connection with yourself
Sessions are collaborative and paced with care. Together, we explore what genuinely supports your nervous system, rather than what you feel you “should” be doing. Rather than focusing on what is “wrong”, I offer a compassionate space to recognise patterns, build self-compassion and support meaningful change in a way that feels safe, respectful and empowering.
In our sessions, your voice is valued and your experiences are met with compassion and curiosity. Together, we deepen self-awareness and support movement toward a more connected and authentic sense of self.

About me and my therapy practice
Meaningful change grows from feeling safe, and creating that sense of safety is where our work begins.
Many of the people who come to see me are living with anxiety, stress, burnout, or emotional overwhelm, often feeling overstimulated or exhausted after coping for a long time. You may be exploring ADHD, autism, or AuDHD — whether diagnosed, self-identified, or still questioning — and experiencing the impact of masking, autistic burnout, low self-esteem, or low self-confidence. For some, these experiences are closely linked to trauma, depression, or a long-standing sense of feeling different or misunderstood.
I offer neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed counselling for adults in High Barnet and North London, as well as online. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, ADHD, autism, depression, OCD, family issues, burnout, chronic illness, and difficulties in relationships or the workplace. Being neurodivergent myself, I bring lived understanding of the emotional toll that comes from adapting to environments that were never designed for your nervous system or way of thinking.
As a therapist of mixed heritage, I have a strong interest in cultural identity, belonging, and intersectionality, and how these shape emotional wellbeing and sense of self. I support clients navigating cultural differences, family expectations, and identity-related conflict.
My approach is grounded in Gestalt therapy, which is relational, present-focused, and responsive to what is happening for you in the here and now. I also draw on mindfulness and somatic awareness to support emotional regulation, ease anxiety and stress, and deepen self-connection. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to suit you.
You don’t have to manage this alone. Whatever brings you to therapy, we can slow things down, make sense of your experiences, and create space for a more grounded, confident, and authentic sense of self.
Practice description
I am a Gestalt therapist offering a humanistic, person-centred and integrative approach to counselling. My practice is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, supporting adults experiencing anxiety, stress, ADHD, autism, depression, OCD, burnout, low self-esteem and low self-confidence, and relationship issues.
My work draws on Gestalt therapy, alongside somatic (body-based) awareness, mindfulness, and creative, experiential techniques. This approach supports emotional regulation, grounding, and a deeper understanding of how thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations are connected — particularly helpful for clients living with anxiety, trauma, or neurodivergent overwhelm.
Therapy focuses on the present moment, helping you notice patterns in how you relate to yourself, others, and your experiences. Together, we explore how past experiences, including trauma, family issues, cultural identity, and experiences of belonging or exclusion, continue to shape your emotional responses and sense of self today.
Sessions are collaborative and paced to suit you, creating a safe, non-judgemental space where your voice is valued and your experiences are met with compassion and curiosity. You are not expected to mask, perform, or fit into a rigid therapeutic model. Instead, therapy adapts to your needs, supporting authenticity, self-awareness, and confidence.
Whether you are seeking counselling for anxiety, stress, neurodivergence, trauma, OCD, depression, relationship difficulties, or identity-related concerns, we work together to build understanding, resilience, and a more grounded connection with yourself.
If you’re thinking about beginning therapy, I offer a free 20-minute introductory conversation to talk through what’s bringing you and see whether working together feels right for you.
