About me and my therapy practice
Many of the people I work with arrive feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or burnt out—often after years of coping with trauma, chronic stress, or emotions that feel too fast or too intense. You might be exploring ADHD, autism, or AuDHD, whether you’re late-diagnosed, self-identifying, or still questioning. Many of my neurodivergent clients are navigating masking, autistic burnout, sensory overload, or the pressure to fit into environments that don’t support their needs. For some, this connects with identity, cultural background, or the experience of moving between different worlds and feeling unseen or misunderstood.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy for adults, including those exploring ADHD and autism, AuDHD, as well as people dealing with trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, chronic illness, women’s health challenges, low self-esteem, burnout, and family, relationship or workplace issues. With a mixed-heritage background, I also pay close attention to how belonging, cultural identity, and intersectionality shape emotional wellbeing and your sense of self.
My practice in Central London (W1G) is grounded in Gestalt therapy—a relational, present-focused, and creative approach that supports deep self-awareness. I also integrate mindfulness and somatic therapy to help regulate the nervous system, rebuild trust in your body, and foster greater emotional resilience.
Here, you don’t have to manage things alone. Together, we slow down, make space for what feels difficult or confusing, and work at a pace that supports you. My aim is to create a grounded, compassionate space where the parts of you that have felt hidden, muted, or overwhelmed can be met with care—so you can move toward a more confident, connected, and authentic sense of self.
Practice description
I am an integrative Gestalt therapist offering a humanistic, person-centred, and relational approach. My work draws from a range of therapeutic models - including somatic therapy, mindfulness, existential therapy, and creative experiential techniques—to support you in exploring your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations in the present moment. This allows us to work holistically with the mind–body connection and deepen your awareness of how you respond to stress, relationships, and life events.
My practice is both trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, with particular experience supporting clients who live with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, sensory overwhelm, masking, burnout, and the emotional impact of late diagnosis. I also work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, chronic illness, women’s health concerns, identity questions, and significant life transitions. Whether your difficulties feel long-standing or newly emerging, we work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and what you need to feel more grounded and regulated.
We explore how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. This may involve noticing patterns shaped by past experiences, understanding trauma responses, and strengthening emotional regulation, self-compassion, and resilience. Rather than analysing from a distance, I meet you in an honest, supportive therapeutic relationship where change can unfold naturally.
I offer a warm space where your voice is valued and where difficult feelings can be explored with curiosity instead of pressure. Together, we create the conditions for deeper self-awareness, healing, and more choice in how you meet challenges.
Whether you’re seeking trauma therapy, support with neurodivergent identity, help with relationships or boundaries, or a space to reconnect with yourself, I work collaboratively to support a more authentic, confident, and connected sense of self.

About me and my therapy practice
Many of the people I support come to therapy feeling overstimulated, burnt out, or overwhelmed by emotions that feel too fast or too intense. You might be exploring ADHD, autism, or AuDHD—diagnosed, self-identified, or still questioning—and carrying the weight of masking, autistic burnout, or trying to fit into environments that were never built with your neurotype in mind. For some, this also connects with cultural identity, belonging, or the experience of moving between different worlds and feeling unseen or misunderstood.
I work with a wide range of clients and have a particular interest in neurodiversity-affirming therapy, being neurodivergent myself. I support late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD adults, as well as people navigating trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, burnout, and relationship or workplace difficulties. As a person of mixed heritage, I hold a special interest in how identity, belonging, and intersectionality shape emotional wellbeing and your sense of self.
My core approach is grounded in Gestalt therapy—relational, present-focused, and creative. I also draw on mindfulness and somatic awareness to support emotional regulation and a deeper connection with yourself. I trust my instinct and encourage you to trust yours; I believe meaningful change grows from honesty, connection, and care.
Here, you don’t have to manage any of this alone. Whatever your starting point, we can slow things down, make space for what’s present, and work at a pace that supports you. Together, we’ll create space for the parts of you that have felt hidden or muted, so you can move toward a more grounded, confident, and authentic sense of self.
