I am currently taking on new clients for online and telephone sessions, Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or struggling with overthinking, you’re very welcome to get in touch to arrange a free introductory call or first session.

About me and my therapy practice

Do you find yourself overthinking or second-guessing your thoughts and feelings, especially in relationships? Perhaps you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns you can’t quite make sense of. You might appear to others as coping, yet internally feel on edge, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself.

I often work with people who seem to be managing on the outside, but internally feel stuck in their thoughts or unsure of themselves, particularly in relationships, during periods of burnout, or when navigating neurodivergence.

I support people experiencing anxiety, low mood, burnout, and self-doubt, as well as those struggling with relationship and attachment difficulties. Together, we can explore what’s going on for you, helping you gain clarity, understand your patterns, build self-trust, and feel more grounded and in control.

As a qualified integrative counsellor, I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can be yourself. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re looking for short-term support or longer-term therapy.

As a neurodivergent counsellor, I have a particular interest in supporting adults who are late-diagnosed or exploring ADHD, AuDHD, or autism. You may have spent years feeling different, overthinking, or pushing yourself to cope in ways that feel exhausting. I offer a space where you can begin to unmask, move at your own pace, and explore what more authentic, sustainable living looks like for you.

I also have experience supporting those living with chronic illness and the impact this can have on emotional well-being, identity, and day-to-day life.

Practice description

I work integratively, drawing on a range of approaches depending on what feels most helpful. At the core of my work is a person-centred approach, where you are met with empathy, honesty, and acceptance. I also incorporate elements of CBT to help you notice and gently challenge unhelpful thought patterns, alongside transactional analysis to explore relationship dynamics and how past experiences may be shaping your present.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, supporting you to better understand yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I will listen with care and without judgement, so you can feel understood, supported, and accepted.

I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step, so the first session is designed to feel gentle, supportive, and at your pace.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to understand yourself more deeply, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin exploring what has brought you to therapy.

I may ask some gentle questions about your current situation, relevant background, and what you would like support with. This helps me understand your needs and how best to work with you.

We’ll also talk through how sessions will work, and you’ll have space to ask any questions, so you can feel clear and comfortable about the process.

There’s no expectation to share everything straight away, we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you.

About me and my therapy practice

Do you find yourself second-guessing your thoughts or feelings in relationships? Perhaps you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you can’t quite make sense of. You might be experiencing anxiety, low mood, burnout, or struggling with the emotional impact of relationship or attachment difficulties.

As a qualified integrative counsellor, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe to be yourself. We’ll work together to explore what’s going on for you, helping you gain clarity, build self-trust, and move towards greater well-being and personal growth.

I can support you with challenges such as anxiety, depression, burnout, loss, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, tailoring our work to your individual needs—whether you’re looking for short-term support or longer-term therapy.

As a neurodivergent counsellor, I have a particular interest in working with adults who are late-diagnosed or exploring ADHD, AuDHD, or autism, as well as those living with chronic illness or the impact of masking. You may have spent years feeling different, overthinking, or pushing yourself to cope in ways that feel exhausting.

I offer a space where you can unmask, go at your own pace, and begin to explore what more authentic, sustainable living looks like for you. My perspective allows me to understand both the strengths and challenges of navigating a predominantly neurotypical world.

At the heart of my work is the relationship we build together. I will listen with care and without judgement, so you can feel truly understood, supported, and accepted as we explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Practice description

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you and begin to make sense of your experiences at your own pace.

You might appear to others as coping well, yet internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, particularly in relationships or recurring patterns that are hard to shift. Together, we can gently explore this, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and build greater self-trust.

My approach is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic models depending on what feels most helpful for you. At the core of my work is a person-centred approach, where you are met with empathy, honesty, and acceptance. I also incorporate elements of CBT to help you notice and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, alongside transactional analysis to explore relationship dynamics and how past experiences may be shaping your present.

I offer both short-term, focused work and longer-term therapy for deeper exploration. We’ll work collaboratively to find ways of coping that feel realistic and sustainable, supporting you to feel more grounded, resilient, and confident in navigating life’s challenges.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. You are the expert in your own experience, and my role is to support you in understanding yourself more fully at a pace that feels right for you, in a space that feels safe, respectful, and empowering.

My first session

I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step, so the first session is designed to be gentle, supportive, and at your pace.

In our initial session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and exploring what has brought you to therapy. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. I may ask some questions to better understand your experiences, but there is no pressure.

We’ll also look at what you hope to gain from therapy and discuss how I can support you. This is a space for you to see whether you feel comfortable working with me.

I also offer a free 15-minute introductory call, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions and get a sense of whether I feel like the right fit for you with no pressure to continue.

If you’re considering starting therapy, you’re very welcome to get in touch to arrange a call or book a first session.
