Availability
I currently have availability for online sessions during weekdays, with some evening appointments available.
I work with adults (18+) across the UK via secure video or telephone, making therapy accessible wherever you are.
If I'm away or unable to respond immediately, I'll reply to all enquiries as soon as possible on my return. If your enquiry is urgent, please contact your GP, NHS 111 or your local crisis service.
About me and my therapy practice
Reaching out for therapy isn't always easy. You may have been carrying things on your own for a long time, wondering whether anyone will truly understand what you're experiencing.
Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally exhausted. Some are navigating grief or trauma, while others are struggling with relationships, burnout, low self-worth, major life changes or making sense of a late autism or ADHD diagnosis. Often, they've spent years putting everyone else first.
I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, make sense of what's happening and begin to reconnect with yourself.
As an integrative counsellor, I tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Together we'll explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe, helping you understand unhelpful patterns, process difficult emotions and build a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Clients often tell me they feel genuinely heard, accepted and understood, sometimes for the first time in a long while.
Practice description
I believe therapy should be shaped around the person, not the other way around.
My work is grounded in humanistic counselling and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Transactional Analysis, trauma-informed practice and mindfulness. Where appropriate, I may also draw on coaching approaches to help you move towards meaningful change once we've explored the emotional aspects of your experiences.
I have a particular interest in supporting people experiencing:
• Anxiety and overwhelm
• Grief and bereavement
• Trauma and complex life experiences
• Workplace stress and burnout
• Relationship difficulties
• Low confidence and self-esteem
• Late-diagnosed autism and ADHD
• Identity, life transitions and personal growth
Sessions last 50 minutes and are available weekly or fortnightly, online or by telephone. Together we'll create a pace and way of working that feels right for you.
My first session
Free 15-minute introductory consultation
Choosing the right counsellor is an important decision, so I offer a complimentary 15-minute online or telephone consultation.
This gives us an opportunity to talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and whether I'm the right person to support you. It's also a chance for you to ask any questions about how I work.
If we decide to work together, we'll arrange your first 50-minute counselling session and begin exploring your goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
