I offer flexible online and telephone counselling to anywhere in the UK. I currently have availability for new clients. I can also offer home visits in specific circumstances at an additional cost.

I offer Person Centred therapy  in a non judgemental, empathetic way. You will find a safe space to explore feelings or problems and find your own resolutions at a pace that suits you. I have an interest in grief and trauma but will take on  other issues such as life stage problems (job loss, divorce, etc) depression and anxiety and unhealthy relationships. 

You will receive respect and compassion from me whilst we ethically work together. You will also receive a high quality service that has been shaped by life experiences and a desire to see people reach their full potential. Sessions would be 1 hour long but frequency will be decided between the client and myself. I keep my rates  low to  enable more people to access a counselling service. 

The first session of 45 minutes is free and will be used to assess the issues you want to talk through. It is also a chance for you to decide whether you want to work with me or if another counsellor would be a better fit. However It is also a chance for me to assess whether I can help or if I need to recommend another counsellor who has the  expertise you would need.
