About me and my therapy practice

Taking those first steps to speak to someone can feel scary and overwhelming. Talking about how we are feeling maybe difficult and sometimes raise some uncomfortable emotions. However, this will be the start of your journey to healing and understand yourself.

I am a fully qualified Integrative counsellor based in Norwich, I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore any issues at your own pace. My training as an Integrative counsellor, enables me to draw upon a broad range of theories which allows me to work with people in different ways as I believe that we are all unique and what works for one person does not always work for another.
