About me and my therapy practice
Do you often feel as though you're working harder than everyone else just to keep up?
Perhaps you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. You may find yourself overthinking conversations, worrying about how you come across, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling as though you're constantly falling behind while others seem to manage with ease.
Many of the people I work with appear capable on the outside but privately feel stuck, misunderstood or unsure why life feels harder than it should. You may be experiencing low self-esteem, difficulties in relationships, work-related stress, the impact of past experiences, or questions around identity and belonging.
I can help with:
• Anxiety, overwhelm and burnout
• Low mood and self-esteem
• Relationship and family difficulties
• Work-related stress
• Trauma and difficult past experiences
• Bereavement and loss
• Identity, including race, culture, sexuality and gender
• Neurodiversity, including ADHD and related challenges
My approach is person-centred, relational and neurodiversity-affirming. I aim to offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. Therapy can help you make sense of your experiences, develop greater self-understanding, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Alongside emotional exploration, I can also offer practical support where helpful, particularly around managing overwhelm, emotional regulation, self-esteem and day-to-day challenges.
I'm Fran, a therapeutic counsellor offering sessions in Ludlow and online across the UK. I have a particular interest in supporting adults exploring neurodiversity, including ADHD, and have completed a Certificate in Adult ADHD, which informs my work. Whether you're seeking support for a specific difficulty or simply want to understand yourself better, I offer a space to explore what's going on at your pace.
