About me and my therapy practice
You may be used to taking responsibility, solving problems and managing the expectations of others. Perhaps you have built a successful career, yet feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or uncertain about what you really want. You might struggle to switch off from work or feel pressure to keep everything under control. Therapy offers a space to pause, explore what you are experiencing and understand what you need.
I am an integrative therapist offering therapy to adults. I believe one size does not fit all, so I tailor my approach to your individual needs and circumstances. Together, we can explore how your past may be influencing your present, while looking towards a more fulfilling and meaningful future.
My background in accounting and finance gives me a particular understanding of the pressures of professional life. Demanding environments, high expectations and competing responsibilities can take their toll, even when things appear to be going well on the outside. Whether you are navigating work-related stress, a career change or difficulties balancing work and personal life, therapy can help you reconnect with what matters to you.
I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of our work. My role is not to provide the answers, but to offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for self-exploration. Developing a deeper understanding of yourself can help you recognise familiar patterns, discover new perspectives and create opportunities for change and personal growth.
Clients come to me for many reasons, including anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, bereavement, loss of meaning or purpose, and major life changes. I also support people managing long-term health conditions. While I often work with professionals navigating the demands of their careers and personal lives, I welcome anyone seeking support, whatever their background or circumstances.

Practice description
Sessions take place on a weekly basis at the same day/time as agreed in the initial session.
If you'd like to continue working together following the initial session, I usually ask that you commit to 6 further sessions, at which point we will have a review to see how you are finding our work together. We will discuss whether you’d like to continue working with an open-ended agreement, for a fixed number of sessions or to end therapy.
My first session
Your initial session gives you the opportunity to explain your situation and to find your feet in the therapeutic environment. This might be your first experience of speaking to someone completely independent, and I want you to be able to feel comfortable and understand fully how therapy can help you.
That’s why in our first session we will cover:
• What’s brought you to therapy
• Your background
• Your hopes for attending therapy
• Our working agreement
This is the perfect time to see if we are a good fit for one another. There is no pressure to begin regular therapy beyond this point. If either of us feels we are not the right fit for any reason, I will support you to find an alternative therapist.
The initial session is charged at the full rate and is 50 minutes long.
What I can help with
Abuse, ADD / ADHD, Anger management, Anxiety, Baby loss, Bereavement, Chronic fatigue syndrome / ME, Depression, Giftedness, Health related issues, Identity issues, Infertility, LGBTQ+ counselling, Loss, Menopause, Men's issues, Neurodiversity, Personal development, Pet bereavement, Pregnancy related issues, Redundancy, Relationships, Self esteem, Sex-related issues, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Spirituality, Stress, Trauma, Women's issues, Work related issues

About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist, meaning that I use a number of approaches when working with clients. I believe that one size does not fit all and so my approach offers flexibility to suit you as an individual and your individual needs. I will support you not only to explore how your history may be impacting your present-day life, but also to look forward to a more purposeful and meaningful future.
I see therapy as a collaborative process so developing a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. As your therapist, my role is not to provide you with the answers, but instead to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for self-exploration. With the increased awareness developed through our work together, comes the opportunity for more choice and the possibility for change and personal growth.
Clients come to me for many reasons, including work-related issues, relationship difficulties, low mood or feelings that life has lost meaning and purpose. Due to my own background, I often see young professionals, those going through major life changes, those struggling with loss including bereavement or individuals managing long term health conditions.

About me and my therapy practice
Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stuck, or finding it difficult to make sense of what you want from life. You may be juggling competing demands, struggling with relationships or going through a period of change. Even when things appear to be going well on the outside, you can find yourself feeling unsettled or disconnected. Therapy offers a space to pause, explore your experiences and begin to understand what you need.

My background in accounting and finance gives me a particular understanding of the pressures of professional life. Demanding environments, high expectations and competing responsibilities can affect our wellbeing, relationships and sense of self. Whether you are experiencing work-related stress, questioning your direction in life or struggling to balance the different demands on your time, therapy can help you reconnect with what matters to you.
I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of our work. My role is not to provide the answers, but to offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for self-exploration.
