About me and my therapy practice
One of the hardest things in life is to reach out and ask for help. I provide a calm and safe space in which you can explore and talk openly about your issues, struggles and life challenges. I am an experienced therapist working in Battersea, SW11. I work with a broad range of people, of all ages, all with unique life experiences.
You are welcome to contact me by phone or email to discuss your situation before arranging an initial consultation. All communication is treated with the utmost respect and in complete confidence.
I offer both short term focused work and open-ended long-term therapy.
Practice description
I am a transpersonal integrative therapist and trained with the Psychosynthesis Education and Trust in London Bridge. I work creatively across various modalities both to support clients in their struggles and crises and to explore what is trying to emerge, whether it be a deeper sense of peace or purpose in their lives.
I have extensive experience in the field of addiction and have worked in Drug and Alcohol Primary Treatment and as a counsellor for the NHS.
I have over 20 years of experience in teaching somatic work and have a particular interest in the connection between the body, the mind and feelings for overall wellbeing and mental health.
I am registered with the BACP and abide by their ethical code of practice.

Practice description
I am a transpersonal integrative therapist and trained with the Psychosynthesis Education and Trust in London Bridge. I work creatively across various therapeutic modalities both to support clients in their struggles and crises and to explore what is trying to emerge, whether it be a deeper sense of meaning or purpose in their lives. I believe that the core qualities of a therapist are acceptance, being non-judgmental, unconditional positive regard and empathy.
I see psychotherapy as a deeply personal and private process: a therapeutic journey in which you can explore all aspects of yourself. The first stage of the process is building trust with me as your therapist so that you feel safe enough to talk about your issues. Therapy can be transformative. However, as with any process, it can take time to work through the complexities of your life, challenges and defences.
I have also taught somatic work and breath work for over 20 years and have a particular interest in the connection between the mind, the body, and feelings for overall wellbeing and mental health of my clients.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced therapist working in Chelsea & Belgravia and for the NHS in Putney, Central London. I work with a broad range of people, of all ages, all with unique life experiences.
I believe that the core qualities of a therapist are acceptance, being non-judgmental, unconditional positive regard and empathy. Empathy isn’t the same as sympathy. It is about being kind, supportive and at times challenging.

Regularity of sessions is recommended for therapy to be effective, and it is important to have some continuity. In Putney I offer short term therapy for a fixed number of sessions on the NHS. For longer term therapy I work from my private practice in Chelsea & Belgravia.
