About me and my therapy practice
If you’ve been coping with life by "just being strong" and pushing your feelings aside, you are not alone.
Asking for help can feel frightening or uncomfortable, especially if you are used to carrying everything yourself. Life can throw unexpected challenges our way, leaving us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. I provide a gentle, confidential, and deeply respectful space for both men and women to untangle these complex emotions without pressure.
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own life challenges. Growing up, I survived adversity by burying my emotions, only to realize later the heavy toll of holding so much inside. Through my own personal therapy, I confronted early shame and transformed it into resilience. Because I have sat in the client’s chair myself, I understand exactly how daunting that first step toward support can be.
In my practice, your tears and your truths are welcome. You are invited to go entirely at your own pace—whether that means speaking freely, exploring deep-rooted patterns, or simply sitting quietly with what feels hard. Together, we will make sense of your experiences and help you find a clearer, more peaceful way forward.

My clinical background includes extensive work with individuals affected by drug and alcohol addiction. About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Boguslawa, though many people know me as Bee.
My journey into becoming a therapist has been shaped by my own life experiences. Growing up, I faced a number of challenges during my childhood and adolescence. At that time, I coped in the only way I knew how—by being strong and pushing my own feelings aside. While this helped me manage in the moment, it was only later in life that I began to understand the emotional impact of holding so much inside.
Shame played a significant role in my early life. Through personal therapy, I have come to understand the impact that shame had on me and acknowledge the role it played in my resilience. I share this as I understand how difficult it can feel to take the first step and ask for support.
These experiences have profoundly shaped my work as a therapist and importance of creating a safe space where emotions can be expressed, understood without judgement. I believe that emotional expression, including tears, is a natural and healthy part of the healing journey.
If you have ever felt that you should cope alone, or that asking for help feels frightening or uncomfortable, you are not alone. In my work, I offer a safe, gentle, and non-judgemental space where you can go at your own pace, speak freely, or simply sit with what feels hard—without pressure or expectation.
Life can present us with difficult and unexpected challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward. As an Integrative Counsellor, I offer a supportive and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace and begin to make sense of your experiences.
I work with both women and men, providing a respectful, compassionate, and non-judgemental therapeutic environment where you feel heard and supported.

Experience and Specialisms
My specialist experience is in working with trauma and sexual abuse. I have over five years’ experience supporting clients through their individual healing journeys, helping them to understand the impact of trauma on their lives while offering trauma-informed and compassionate support.
While trauma and sexual abuse are my main areas of focus, I also support clients who have experienced a wide range of life difficulties. I have previously worked with individuals affected by drug and alcohol addiction, which has given me insight into the complex emotional pain that often underlies addictive behaviours. This experience has reinforced my belief that change is possible, and that healing can occur when individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered.
In addition, I work with clients experiencing depression, loss, low self-esteem, and emotional distress, offering a supportive space to explore these challenges and develop greater self-understanding and resilience.
How I Work
My approach is integrative, warm, and empathetic. I work collaboratively, recognising that every client’s experiences and needs are unique.
