About me and my therapy practice

My name is Chrissy, I'm a person-centred counsellor. I am passionate about empowering and helping you to make sense of your emotions, as I believe that exploring those emotions can help you better understand yourself and see things more clearly.

I offer a respectful and confidential space for you to explore your experiences, free from judgement. Allowing you space to untangle thoughts and feelings which maybe affecting you in your daily life.

I offer one hour sessions, face to face, or via WhatsApp or telephone sessions , totally your choice.

Practice description

I will work with you at your own pace as I'm mindful that each individual is unique.

I work in private practice, home based week days. At Rosebank wellbeing centre on Saturdays.

My first session

I offer a free 20 minute phone session for you to decide if I am the right counsellor for you.
