Availability
I currently have availability for new clients, both online and face-to-face in Fitzrovia, central London.
I offer appointments Monday to Friday, with daytime and evening availability, as well as Saturday morning appointments between 9am and 11am. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
If you're interested in working together, you're welcome to get in touch by email or phone. We can arrange a brief consultation to talk about what you're looking for from therapy, answer any questions you might have and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
About me and my therapy practice
I work integratively, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on you, what you're experiencing and what we discover together. I don't believe in taking the same approach with everyone, or even that you will need the same thing from therapy every week.
Sometimes that means looking backwards. We can explore earlier experiences, relationships or patterns that have shaped how you see yourself and relate to other people now. If you find yourself constantly needing reassurance, fearing rejection or repeating the same patterns in relationships, we can look at where those responses come from and what keeps them going.
Other times, the work is much more focused on what's happening now. Anxiety might have pulled you into a cycle of overthinking and avoidance, or you may understand exactly what you're doing but still struggle to change it. Alongside making sense of these patterns, we can find practical ways of responding differently.
There will also be times when you don't need another strategy or someone trying to fix things. You might simply need somewhere to be honest about what you're feeling and make sense of it without judgement.
I'm warm and supportive, but I won't just sit back and nod. I'll listen, ask questions, notice patterns and challenge you when I think it could be helpful. Therapy with me is collaborative. I'm not here to tell you how to live your life, but to help you understand yourself more deeply and support you in making changes that actually feel like your own.
Practice description
Starting therapy doesn't mean you need to have everything figured out. You might know exactly what you want to work on, or you might just know that something needs to change.
Maybe you're exhausted from constantly overthinking, second-guessing yourself or worrying about how other people see you. You might keep finding yourself in the same relationship patterns, know you're being too hard on yourself but struggle to stop, or rely on things that make life easier in the moment but create problems of their own.
Sometimes it's harder to name. You might feel disconnected from yourself, stuck in a life that doesn't quite feel like yours, or aware that experiences from your past are still showing up in ways you didn't expect.
You don't need to fit neatly into a particular problem for us to work together. Sometimes figuring out what's actually going on is part of the work.
I offer 50-minute sessions face-to-face in Fitzrovia, central London, as well as online. I work with adults and offer both short-term and longer-term therapy depending on what you need.
If you're considering therapy, you're welcome to contact me by email or phone. We can arrange a brief consultation to talk about what's bringing you to therapy, answer any questions and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
You don't need to know exactly where to begin. We can start there together.
My first session
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what's bringing you to therapy and begin making sense of what's going on for you.
I'll ask some questions about what's been happening recently, what you're finding difficult and anything from your past that feels relevant. We can also talk about what you'd like to get from therapy, although you don't need to arrive with clear goals or know exactly what you want to change.
There's no pressure to tell me everything straight away. You can share things at your own pace, and if you don't know where to begin, that's completely fine. We'll work that out together.
We'll also go through how therapy will work, including confidentiality, boundaries and some of the practical details, and you'll have plenty of opportunity to ask me questions.
The first session isn't just about gathering information. It's also the beginning of the therapeutic work, and we'll make space for whatever feels most important to you that day.
It also gives you the chance to get a feel for me and how I work. There's no pressure to commit to ongoing therapy; if working together feels like the right fit, we can take it from there.
The first session is 50 minutes and is charged at my usual session rate of £80. I also offer a limited number of concessionary spaces at £65 per session.

About me and my therapy practice
Therapy with me is a conversation. I’m not a therapist who will sit silently for 50 minutes and leave you wondering what I’m thinking. I’ll listen, but I’ll also ask questions, notice things that come up and offer different perspectives when I think they could be helpful.
I work integratively, which basically means I don’t believe one way of doing therapy works for everyone. I want to understand you first, rather than deciding what you need before we’ve even met.
Sometimes we’ll look backwards. Earlier experiences and relationships can help us understand why certain things affect you the way they do now. Other times, we might focus much more on what’s happening in your life today, including the thoughts you get caught up in, how you respond when things become difficult or ways of coping that aren't really helping anymore.
I’m interested in the connection between the two. Understanding where something comes from matters, but sometimes you can understand yourself incredibly well and still find yourself doing the same thing again.
I’m also quite direct in the way I work. If I notice something that feels important, I’ll bring it into the conversation. That might mean asking a difficult question or gently challenging something when I think it could be useful. I’m not here to tell you what to do, though. Therapy should be something we do together.
Our sessions can be reflective, but they can also be practical. Sometimes you might need space to understand what you’re feeling. Other times, you might want something more practical to work with outside of therapy. Often it’s a mixture of both, and that can change as therapy develops.
Practice description
You might have been thinking about therapy for a while, or something may have happened recently that has made you realise things can't carry on as they are.
Maybe you're constantly overthinking, second-guessing yourself or putting pressure on yourself to get things right. You might find it difficult to switch off, worry about how other people see you or notice the same insecurities and patterns showing up in your relationships.
Sometimes we find ways of coping that make things easier in the moment but create problems of their own. Other times, there isn't one obvious thing that's wrong. You might be functioning, getting through your days and doing everything you're supposed to do, while knowing underneath that you're not really okay.
You don't need to be in crisis to come to therapy. You also don't need a diagnosis or a perfectly explained reason you're struggling. Sometimes figuring out what's actually going on is part of the work.
I offer 50-minute sessions face-to-face from my practice in Holborn, central London, as well as online. I work with adults and offer both short-term and longer-term therapy depending on what you need.

You won't be expected to tell me your entire life story in one session. You can share things at your own pace, and if you're not sure where to begin, we'll figure that out together.
We'll also talk through confidentiality, boundaries and the practical side of therapy, and you'll have plenty of opportunity to ask me questions.
The first session isn't just about gathering information. It's also the beginning of the therapeutic work. If something feels particularly important that day, we don't have to put it aside just because it's our first session.

Availability
I am currently accepting new clients for both online and in-person therapy.
I offer appointments throughout the week, including daytime and evening sessions, with some weekend availability. In-person sessions are available in Central London, alongside online sessions across the UK.
I know reaching out to a therapist can sometimes feel like a big first step, so if you're thinking about starting therapy, you're very welcome to get in touch. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have, talk through what you're looking for, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
About me and my therapy practice
You don't need to have the right words, know exactly what you want to work on or have everything figured out before you come to therapy. We can start wherever you are.
Therapy with me is a conversation. I'll give you the space to talk and explore things at your own pace, but I won't simply sit back and leave you to do all the work. I'll ask questions, offer different perspectives and, when I think it could be helpful, gently challenge you too.
I'm quite direct in the way I work. If I notice something that feels important, I'll bring it into the conversation rather than avoiding it. That might be a pattern I notice, something that doesn't quite add up, or a question that might be difficult to answer. I'm not here to tell you what to do, though. Therapy should be something we do together.
As an integrative therapist, I don't believe one approach works for everyone. I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on you and what we discover together.
Sometimes that means looking at earlier experiences and relationships and how they've shaped the way you see yourself or relate to other people. Other times, we might focus more on what's happening now, including the thoughts you get caught up in, how you respond when things become difficult or ways of coping that aren't really helping anymore.
For me, therapy isn't just about understanding yourself better. Sometimes you can understand exactly why you do something and still find yourself doing it again. We can make sense of where things come from, but also look at what's keeping them going now and what might actually help you do something differently.
Practice description
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes there’s something specific you want help with. Other times, life might look fine from the outside, but internally you’re struggling more than people realise.
Much of my work involves anxiety and overthinking, relationship and attachment difficulties, low self-esteem and self-criticism, depression and low mood, addiction and unhealthy coping patterns, trauma and difficult experiences, ADHD, autism and neurodivergence, stress and burnout, anger, and shame or feelings of not being good enough.
You might recognise yourself in several of these, or what you’re experiencing might be harder to put into words.
A lot of the people I work with have a good understanding of themselves already. You might know that you overthink, need reassurance, shut down, avoid things or keep ending up in similar situations, but knowing that doesn’t necessarily make it easier to respond differently.
That’s something we can explore together. We can look at what’s happening now, what might sit underneath it and what keeps it going. The aim isn’t to turn you into a different person, but to help you understand yourself better and have more choice in how you respond.
I offer 50-minute sessions in person in Central London and online. I also offer a free 15-minute initial consultation if you’d like to speak with me before deciding whether to start therapy.
My first session
Our first session is really about getting to know each other and understanding what has brought you to therapy.
I'll usually ask a little about what's been happening in your life, what you're finding difficult at the moment, any previous experience you've had with therapy, and what you might like to get from our work together. You don't need to have clear goals or know exactly where to begin. We can work that out together.
It's also important that you get a sense of me. Therapy is a very personal relationship, and finding someone you feel comfortable talking to matters. You're welcome to ask me questions about how I work, raise any concerns you have, or simply use the session to see how it feels talking together.
Towards the end, we can think about what might be helpful going forward and whether you'd like to continue working together. There's no pressure to make that decision immediately.
The first session is charged at my usual session rate and lasts 50 minutes. I also offer a limited number of concessionary spaces at £65 per session.
