Availability

I am currently accepting new clients for both online and in-person therapy.

I offer appointments throughout the week, including daytime and evening sessions, with some weekend availability. In-person sessions are available in Central London, alongside online sessions across the UK.

I know reaching out to a therapist can sometimes feel like a big first step, so if you're thinking about starting therapy, you're very welcome to get in touch. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have, talk through what you're looking for, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

About me and my therapy practice

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself. You don't need to have the right words, know exactly what you want to work on, or have everything figured out before you come to therapy. We can start wherever you are.

My approach is warm, collaborative and direct. I'll give you the space to talk and explore things at your own pace, but I won't simply sit back and leave you to do all the work. I'll ask questions, offer different perspectives and, when it feels helpful, gently challenge some of the patterns or beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.

As an integrative therapist, I don't believe one approach works for everyone. I draw from person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches, alongside other therapeutic techniques, depending on what you need. This might mean exploring how earlier experiences have shaped the way you see yourself and relate to others, looking at patterns happening in your life now, or finding practical ways of managing difficult thoughts, emotions and behaviours.

I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addiction, grief, trauma and periods where life simply feels overwhelming or uncertain.

Most importantly, therapy with me is a space where you can speak openly without feeling judged. My aim isn't to tell you how to live your life, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, make sense of what you're experiencing and work towards changes that genuinely matter to you.

Practice description

Starting therapy can feel a little daunting, especially if you've never had therapy before or you're not quite sure what you want to talk about yet. There's no expectation that you arrive with everything figured out.

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what has brought you to therapy, what has been happening in your life and what you would like to get from our work together. It's also a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and decide whether I feel like the right therapist for you.

Sessions are 50 minutes and can take place either online or in person in Central London. We can work together on a short or longer-term basis depending on what you're looking for, and we'll regularly check in on how therapy is feeling and whether we're focusing on what matters to you.

You can expect me to be warm, engaged and genuinely curious about you and your experiences. Therapy doesn't always have to feel formal or clinical. There will be space for difficult conversations and emotions, but also for humour, reflection and simply being human.

Ultimately, I want therapy to feel like somewhere you can bring the parts of yourself that you might struggle to talk about elsewhere, knowing that we'll approach them together without judgement.

My first session

Our first session is really about getting to know each other and understanding what has brought you to therapy.

I'll usually ask a little about what's been happening in your life, what you're finding difficult at the moment, any previous experience you've had with therapy, and what you might like to get from our work together. You don't need to have clear goals or know exactly where to begin. We can work that out together.

It's also important that you get a sense of me. Therapy is a very personal relationship, and finding someone you feel comfortable talking to matters. You're welcome to ask me questions about how I work, raise any concerns you have, or simply use the session to see how it feels talking together.

Towards the end, we can think about what might be helpful going forward and whether you'd like to continue working together. There's no pressure to make that decision immediately.

The first session is charged at my usual session rate and lasts 50 minutes.
