Availability
I currently have availability for new clients, offering face-to-face therapy at Talking Health, 1 Birkenhead Street, near King's Cross, as well as online sessions.
I offer appointments Monday to Friday, including daytime and evening sessions, alongside Saturday morning appointments between 9am and 11am. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
If you're interested in starting therapy, feel free to get in touch. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation where we can talk a little about what you're looking for, answer any questions you might have and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
If you have particular days or times that work better for you, you're welcome to mention these when getting in touch, and I'll do my best to accommodate them.
About me and my therapy practice
Therapy with me is a conversation. I believe it's important that you feel listened to and understood, but I also think there's value in having someone who is willing to ask difficult questions, offer another perspective and challenge you when it might be helpful.
I work integratively, drawing on different therapeutic approaches depending on what you're experiencing and what we discover together. I don't believe there's one way of working that suits everyone, and I want our sessions to reflect what you actually need rather than trying to fit you into a particular approach.
Sometimes our work will involve looking at the past. We might explore experiences, relationships or beliefs that have shaped how you see yourself and respond to other people. I'm particularly interested in the patterns we develop, especially when something that once helped us cope or feel protected starts creating difficulties of its own.
Other times, we'll focus on what's happening in your life now. You might recognise that you're overthinking, avoiding difficult conversations, struggling with your emotions or repeating the same relationship patterns, but still find it difficult to respond differently. We can look at what's keeping those patterns going and explore what change might look like for you.
I also recognise that not every session needs to be about finding solutions. Sometimes you need the space to talk, sit with difficult feelings or make sense of something without being pushed towards an answer.
My approach is collaborative, but I'm an active therapist. I'll listen, ask questions and share observations, while recognising that you're the person who knows your own experiences best. I won't pretend to have all the answers, but I will be engaged in the process with you.
Practice description
Sometimes you know exactly why you want to start therapy. Other times, it's harder to explain. You might feel that something isn't quite right, recognise that certain patterns keep repeating or simply be tired of dealing with things in the same way.
Perhaps you're constantly overthinking, struggling with your confidence or finding that relationships bring out feelings and behaviours you don't fully understand. You might be dealing with anxiety, low mood or experiences from the past that continue to affect how you see yourself and other people.
Sometimes the difficulty isn't just what you're feeling, but how you've learned to cope with it. You might find yourself avoiding difficult emotions, withdrawing from people or relying on behaviours that offer some relief in the moment but create problems later.
I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including trauma, addiction, relationship and attachment issues, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. I also support neurodivergent clients, including people with ADHD and autism, as well as those exploring identity, belonging and self-acceptance.
I don't believe you need to fit neatly into a diagnosis or have a clear explanation for everything you're experiencing. Part of our work can be understanding how different aspects of your life and experiences connect, rather than treating each difficulty as something separate.
I offer 50-minute sessions face-to-face at Talking Health, 1 Birkenhead Street, near King's Cross, as well as online. Both short-term and longer-term therapy are available.
If you're considering therapy, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. We can talk about what's bringing you to therapy, answer any questions and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
My first session
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what's brought you to therapy and begin understanding what's been going on for you.
I'll ask about what you've been experiencing recently, what you're finding difficult and anything from your past that might be relevant. We can also talk about what you'd like to get from therapy, although it's completely fine if you're not sure yet.
You don't need to arrive with everything worked out or feel that you have to tell me your entire life story in one session. Some people know exactly what they want to talk about, while others aren't quite sure where to begin. Either is fine, and we can figure that out together.
We'll also go through confidentiality, boundaries and the practical side of working together. There will be plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions or raise anything you're unsure about.
I don't see the first session as simply an assessment or an opportunity to gather information. It's also the beginning of the therapeutic work. If something important comes up, we can explore it rather than feeling we need to move on to the next question.
It's also important that you get a sense of what I'm like as a therapist. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I want you to feel able to decide whether I'm someone you'd like to work with. There's no pressure to commit to ongoing sessions, and you're welcome to take some time afterwards to think about it.
The first session lasts 50 minutes and is charged at my usual rate of £75. I also offer a limited number of concessionary appointments at £65.

Availability
I currently have availability for new clients, both online and face-to-face in Fitzrovia, central London.
I offer appointments Monday to Friday, with daytime and evening availability, as well as Saturday morning appointments between 9am and 11am. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
If you're interested in working together, you're welcome to get in touch by email or phone. We can arrange a brief consultation to talk about what you're looking for from therapy, answer any questions you might have and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
About me and my therapy practice
I work integratively, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on you, what you're experiencing and what we discover together. I don't believe in taking the same approach with everyone, or even that you will need the same thing from therapy every week.
Sometimes that means looking backwards. We can explore earlier experiences, relationships or patterns that have shaped how you see yourself and relate to other people now. If you find yourself constantly needing reassurance, fearing rejection or repeating the same patterns in relationships, we can look at where those responses come from and what keeps them going.
Other times, the work is much more focused on what's happening now. Anxiety might have pulled you into a cycle of overthinking and avoidance, or you may understand exactly what you're doing but still struggle to change it. Alongside making sense of these patterns, we can find practical ways of responding differently.
There will also be times when you don't need another strategy or someone trying to fix things. You might simply need somewhere to be honest about what you're feeling and make sense of it without judgement.
I'm warm and supportive, but I won't just sit back and nod. I'll listen, ask questions, notice patterns and challenge you when I think it could be helpful. Therapy with me is collaborative. I'm not here to tell you how to live your life, but to help you understand yourself more deeply and support you in making changes that actually feel like your own.
Practice description
Starting therapy doesn't mean you need to have everything figured out. You might know exactly what you want to work on, or you might just know that something needs to change.
Maybe you're exhausted from constantly overthinking, second-guessing yourself or worrying about how other people see you. You might keep finding yourself in the same relationship patterns, know you're being too hard on yourself but struggle to stop, or rely on things that make life easier in the moment but create problems of their own.
Sometimes it's harder to name. You might feel disconnected from yourself, stuck in a life that doesn't quite feel like yours, or aware that experiences from your past are still showing up in ways you didn't expect.
You don't need to fit neatly into a particular problem for us to work together. Sometimes figuring out what's actually going on is part of the work.
I offer 50-minute sessions face-to-face in Fitzrovia, central London, as well as online. I work with adults and offer both short-term and longer-term therapy depending on what you need.

The first session isn't just about gathering information. It's also the beginning of the therapeutic work, and we'll make space for whatever feels most important to you that day.
It also gives you the chance to get a feel for me and how I work. There's no pressure to commit to ongoing therapy; if working together feels like the right fit, we can take it from there.

About me and my therapy practice
Therapy with me is a conversation. I’m not a therapist who will sit silently for 50 minutes and leave you wondering what I’m thinking. I’ll listen, but I’ll also ask questions, notice things that come up and offer different perspectives when I think they could be helpful.
I work integratively, which basically means I don’t believe one way of doing therapy works for everyone. I want to understand you first, rather than deciding what you need before we’ve even met.
Sometimes we’ll look backwards. Earlier experiences and relationships can help us understand why certain things affect you the way they do now. Other times, we might focus much more on what’s happening in your life today, including the thoughts you get caught up in, how you respond when things become difficult or ways of coping that aren't really helping anymore.
I’m interested in the connection between the two. Understanding where something comes from matters, but sometimes you can understand yourself incredibly well and still find yourself doing the same thing again.
I’m also quite direct in the way I work. If I notice something that feels important, I’ll bring it into the conversation. That might mean asking a difficult question or gently challenging something when I think it could be useful. I’m not here to tell you what to do, though. Therapy should be something we do together.
Our sessions can be reflective, but they can also be practical. Sometimes you might need space to understand what you’re feeling. Other times, you might want something more practical to work with outside of therapy. Often it’s a mixture of both, and that can change as therapy develops.
Practice description
You might have been thinking about therapy for a while, or something may have happened recently that has made you realise things can't carry on as they are.
Maybe you're constantly overthinking, second-guessing yourself or putting pressure on yourself to get things right. You might find it difficult to switch off, worry about how other people see you or notice the same insecurities and patterns showing up in your relationships.
Sometimes we find ways of coping that make things easier in the moment but create problems of their own. Other times, there isn't one obvious thing that's wrong. You might be functioning, getting through your days and doing everything you're supposed to do, while knowing underneath that you're not really okay.
You don't need to be in crisis to come to therapy. You also don't need a diagnosis or a perfectly explained reason you're struggling. Sometimes figuring out what's actually going on is part of the work.
I offer 50-minute sessions face-to-face from my practice in Holborn, central London, as well as online. I work with adults and offer both short-term and longer-term therapy depending on what you need.
If you're considering therapy, you're welcome to contact me by email or phone. We can arrange a brief consultation to talk about what's bringing you to therapy, answer any questions and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

Availability
I am currently accepting new clients for both online and in-person therapy.
I offer appointments throughout the week, including daytime and evening sessions, with some weekend availability. In-person sessions are available in Central London, alongside online sessions across the UK.
I know reaching out to a therapist can sometimes feel like a big first step, so if you're thinking about starting therapy, you're very welcome to get in touch. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have, talk through what you're looking for, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
About me and my therapy practice
You don't need to have the right words, know exactly what you want to work on or have everything figured out before you come to therapy. We can start wherever you are.
Therapy with me is a conversation. I'll give you the space to talk and explore things at your own pace, but I won't simply sit back and leave you to do all the work. I'll ask questions, offer different perspectives and, when I think it could be helpful, gently challenge you too.
I'm quite direct in the way I work. If I notice something that feels important, I'll bring it into the conversation rather than avoiding it. That might be a pattern I notice, something that doesn't quite add up, or a question that might be difficult to answer. I'm not here to tell you what to do, though. Therapy should be something we do together.
As an integrative therapist, I don't believe one approach works for everyone. I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on you and what we discover together.
Sometimes that means looking at earlier experiences and relationships and how they've shaped the way you see yourself or relate to other people. Other times, we might focus more on what's happening now, including the thoughts you get caught up in, how you respond when things become difficult or ways of coping that aren't really helping anymore.
For me, therapy isn't just about understanding yourself better. Sometimes you can understand exactly why you do something and still find yourself doing it again. We can make sense of where things come from, but also look at what's keeping them going now and what might actually help you do something differently.
Practice description
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes there’s something specific you want help with. Other times, life might look fine from the outside, but internally you’re struggling more than people realise.
Much of my work involves anxiety and overthinking, relationship and attachment difficulties, low self-esteem and self-criticism, depression and low mood, addiction and unhealthy coping patterns, trauma and difficult experiences, ADHD, autism and neurodivergence, stress and burnout, anger, and shame or feelings of not being good enough.
You might recognise yourself in several of these, or what you’re experiencing might be harder to put into words.
A lot of the people I work with have a good understanding of themselves already. You might know that you overthink, need reassurance, shut down, avoid things or keep ending up in similar situations, but knowing that doesn’t necessarily make it easier to respond differently.
That’s something we can explore together. We can look at what’s happening now, what might sit underneath it and what keeps it going. The aim isn’t to turn you into a different person, but to help you understand yourself better and have more choice in how you respond.
I offer 50-minute sessions in person in Central London and online. I also offer a free 15-minute initial consultation if you’d like to speak with me before deciding whether to start therapy.
My first session
Our first session is really about getting to know each other and understanding what has brought you to therapy.
I'll usually ask a little about what's been happening in your life, what you're finding difficult at the moment, any previous experience you've had with therapy, and what you might like to get from our work together. You don't need to have clear goals or know exactly where to begin. We can work that out together.
It's also important that you get a sense of me. Therapy is a very personal relationship, and finding someone you feel comfortable talking to matters. You're welcome to ask me questions about how I work, raise any concerns you have, or simply use the session to see how it feels talking together.
Towards the end, we can think about what might be helpful going forward and whether you'd like to continue working together. There's no pressure to make that decision immediately.
The first session is charged at my usual session rate and lasts 50 minutes. I also offer a limited number of concessionary spaces at £65 per session.
