From Monday to Friday I am based in a comfortable counselling room in Sutton Coldfield. On Saturdays I am based at the Meridian Centre in Yardley Wood. Free parking is available at both locations.

Counselling is about making changes in order to help enable better ways of coping and create positive change. I am a fully qualified therapist providing a confidential, empathic and non-judgemental space to explore your experiences and feelings at your own pace. 

I have experience helping clients with a wide variety of difficulties and concerns including anxiety and panic, depression, stress, shame, bereavement, low self-esteem, self-harm, trauma, and emotional difficulties. Prior to being a therapist, I worked as a teacher in secondary education.
