Hi, I’m Rozan. I am a bilingual counsellor and former corporate professional who understands that when you work in a high-pressure environment, the stress doesn't just stay at the office. Before moving into the mental health field, I spent 7 years in international IT and Banking, followed by training in HR. I have lived through the complex stakeholder demands and consistent pressure of the modern workplace. This experience has sharpened my insider’s understanding of workplace dynamics and stakeholder pressure. I offer a non-judgmental, "business-literate" space for expats and professionals to address:
