About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling worried about your emotional wellbeing?

I provide a confidential, supportive space where you can talk openly about experiences that may feel hard to share elsewhere. You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or difficulties in relationships.

Everyone’s experiences shape how they think, feel, and respond to life. At times, these patterns can become unhelpful or overwhelming. Using a person-centred approach alongside CBT, we can explore what has influenced you, identify unhelpful thought patterns, and develop greater understanding and emotional balance. Sessions are guided by what feels most important to you and move at a pace that feels right for you.

I work with adults and young people (13 years plus), and welcome  neurotypical and neurodivergent clients, from all backgrounds and genders. I support individuals experiencing a range of concerns, such as relationship difficulties, bereavement, work-related stress, and health or medical issues. I work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework and offer a respectful, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship.

Practice description

I am a fully qualified, experienced integrative counsellor.

All sessions are client-led. I work integratively, adapting my approach to meet your individual needs and drawing on CBT and Person-Centred Therapy to support you.

I work with adults and young people aged 13+ from my cosy private garden room in Uxbridge. Alternatively, sessions can take place via Zoom or by phone — the choice is yours.

My first session

Before beginning therapy, I offer a free 15–20 minute introductory phone call. This gives you the opportunity to ask any questions and helps us decide whether working together feels like the right fit for you.

In the early sessions, we will explore the areas you would like support with and begin to identify what you would like to focus on in therapy. Together, we can develop an approach that supports your wellbeing and helps you work towards positive change at a pace that feels right for you. Many clients begin to notice increased understanding and emotional awareness within the first few sessions, although this will be different for everyone.
