Availability

I currently have limited availability within my face-to-face practice and offer online therapy sessions via Zoom. This allows me to work flexibly with clients across the UK, while providing a consistent and confidential therapeutic space.

My usual working hours are weekdays, with some flexibility depending on individual needs. I aim to respond to enquiries promptly and will always let you know clearly whether I have availability that suits you.

Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes. I charge £50 per session. I am happy to answer any initial questions by message and can do a free initial consultation so you can get a sense of whether I might be the right therapist for you before committing.

If I am planning any extended time off, I will make this clear in advance and ensure clients are supported with appropriate planning.

Please feel free to get in touch to ask about current availability or to discuss what you’re looking for in therapy.

About me and my therapy practice

I work in a calm, compassionate, and down-to-earth way, offering a space where you can slow things down and be met as you are. Therapy with me isn’t about being analysed or told what to do. It’s about building a relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest, even about the parts of yourself that feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to put into words.

I’m especially mindful of how early experiences, shame, and emotional overwhelm can shape the way we cope and relate to others. Lots of people have spent a long time holding themselves together or feeling they have to mask who they are. I aim to offer a space where you don’t have to do that.

I work at your pace and pay close attention to what feels manageable. We might explore patterns from the past, how they show up in the present, and what you need now to feel more grounded and connected. When it feels right, I may gently bring in inner child work, imagery, or mindfulness, always with your consent and never pushing beyond what feels safe.

I value openness and honesty in the therapeutic relationship. You’re always welcome to say if something isn’t helpful or if you need to slow things down. I believe therapy works best when it feels human, respectful, and collaborative — a place where understanding can grow over time and where you can begin to feel more at home with yourself.

Practice description

My practice is based in a quiet, purpose built therapy room, offering a calm and private space away from the busyness of everyday life. The room is light, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up to feel safe, a place where you can pause and breath.

I aim to create an environment where you don’t need to mask or hold yourself together, and where there is time and space to go at your own pace. I offer a steady, compassionate space to explore safely and without judgement.

My practice is trauma-informed and relational. I pay close attention to emotional safety, regulation, and what feels manageable for you. Sessions are collaborative, and you are always encouraged to share what feels helpful or unhelpful. I feel that therapy here isn’t about pushing or rushing change but more  about building trust, understanding, and a kinder relationship with yourself over time.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute initial session. This is a gentle, informal space for us to meet and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.

The initial session is also an opportunity for you to notice how you feel in the space and in the relationship. Therapy works best when you feel safe and comfortable, and this time is as much for you as it is for me.

If we decide to continue, we can talk about practicalities such as session length, fees, and availability, and there is no obligation to book further sessions if it doesn’t feel like the right fit.
