Availability
I currently have availability within my face-to-face practice and offer online therapy sessions via Zoom. This allows me to work flexibly with clients across the UK.
My usual working hours are weekdays, with some flexibility depending on individual needs. I aim to respond to enquiries promptly and will always let you know clearly whether I have availability that suits you.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. I charge £50 per session. I am happy to answer any initial questions by message and can do a free initial consultation so you can get a sense of whether I might be the right therapist for you before committing.
Please feel free to get in touch to ask about current availability or to discuss what you’re looking for in therapy.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can take a breath, slow things down, and talk openly about whatever is going on for you.
Therapy is mostly about building a trusting relationship where you feel safe enough to be yourself even with the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to put into words.
Many of the people I work with have spent years holding everything together for everyone else, hiding how they’re really feeling, or feeling like they need to mask parts of who they are. Therapy can be a place where that pressure begins to ease and where you don’t have to carry things alone.
I work gently and at your pace and where it feels helpful, I may draw on approaches such as cbt, inner child work, guided imagery, or mindfulness, always with your agreement.
Practice description
My practice is based in a quiet, purpose built therapy room, offering a calm and private space away from the busyness of everyday life.
I aim to create an environment where you don’t need to mask or hold yourself together, and where there is time and space to go at your own pace. I offer a steady, compassionate space to explore safely and without judgement.
Sessions are collaborative, and you are always encouraged to share what feels helpful or unhelpful. I feel that therapy here isn’t about pushing or rushing change but more about building trust, understanding, and a kinder relationship with yourself over time.
My first session
I offer a free 20 minute initial session. This is a gentle, informal space for us to meet and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.
This session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to see how it feels to be in the space with me. Therapy works best when you feel safe and comfortable, so there’s no pressure to commit. If it feels like a good fit, we can discuss practical details and next steps together.
