Availability and Working Hours

I offer weekday sessions with flexible availability:

• Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Evening: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

We can agree on a regular session time to support consistency and continuity in therapy.



About me and my therapy practice

I work with individual adults and couples. I believe that, with the right support, individuals have the capacity to explore themselves deeply and move towards change that is authentic and sustainable. I value therapy as a relational and collaborative process, one where your experiences are acknowledged and explored with curiosity, respect, and care.

Together, we will work collaboratively to help you gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and strengthen your connection with yourself and your life.

My Integrative Approach

As a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including humanistic, psychodynamic, and CBT-informed methods, adapting the work to what is most helpful for you. My approach is flexible, responsive, and client-centred. Some clients benefit from exploring emotions and past experiences, others from practical tools to manage anxiety, and many from a combination of both.

I also provide EAP counselling, supporting clients in workplace contexts.

Our first session is an opportunity to share what has brought you to counselling, explore your concerns, and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. You are free to share at your own pace; the work is always guided by you.
