About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in working with individuals or couples where ADHD shapes relationship dynamics.
You may feel stuck in repeating conflict, misunderstood by your partner, or overwhelmed by shame, burnout, or rejection sensitivity. My approach is relational and attachment-informed, helping partners understand each other’s communication, emotional needs, and nervous systems.
I work from a results-based, client-focused approach. I have a BACP accredited Masters in Counselling & Psychotherapy at the University of Roehampton, a Masters from the University of Edinburgh in human behaviour, and further specialist attachment-based couples training.
I am currently engaged in further post-graduate training with the University of Oxford in Neuroscience and Biological Psychology. This adds an additional scientific lens to my therapeutic work.
Practice description
Integrative psychotherapy combines various therapeutic approaches, drawing from different theories and techniques to tailor treatment to the individual's needs.
My training consisted of three main therapy schools: Psychodynamic, Humanistic (person-centered) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Common themes include:
Emotional regulation
Rejection sensitivity
Identity and self-esteem
Impulsiveness and mood swings
Social anxiety and relationships
Work stress and over-achieving
Fear of failure and impostor syndrome
Family dynamics and addiction
