About me and my therapy practice
As an person-centered and attachment-based therapist, I work with all genders who are navigating anxiety, burnout, low mood, grief, difficult relationships, or just a heavy sense of “something’s not right.” If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
I support people who:

I’m a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist working with adults across the UK and internationally, and am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling Psychotherapy.M.BACP

I’m not here to give advice or fix you. You’re not broken. What I offer is space – to slow down, get curious, and gently move forward at your pace.

How long should I have counselling for?
This is entirely up to you. I work with people weekly or bi-weekly. I usually suggest a minimum of 6 sessions and we can discuss this based on what you're looking for after our free initial call together.
Please note that from early next year I will have in-person counselling slots available within Surrey / London. We can start online and move to in-person if you are looking for long-term therapy and in-person is a preference.

My first session
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so that we can get to know each other better and discuss next steps. I use this time to gauge if we are a good fit, and if by the end we feel another option may be better matched for your needs, I can offer some referral options for you to explore.
If we proceed together, I will send you a quick link to complete some information before starting therapy.
There is no set agenda in the way I work with people - every person is unique and works at an entirely difference pace.
