About me and my therapy practice
I am a neurodivergent clinical supervisor with extensive experience in supervision and leadership across different settings. Drawing on lived experience and professional insight from mental health, holistic therapy and corporate environments, I offer a collaborative, person centred space that supports ethical practice, learning and wellbeing.
My supervision is pluralistic and informed by the Seven Eyed Model. I integrate person centred, CBT, trauma responsive, mindfulness and other modalities within a relational and adaptable style. Supervisees are invited to bring their full experience, including creativity, uncertainty and professional challenges, into a safe and reflective space that encourages confidence, growth and authenticity.
Practice description
I offer supervision online or in person in Manchester city centre, with flexible daytime and evening appointments. Sessions are usually held monthly, though frequency can be adjusted to suit training or clinical needs.

The process is shaped around your goals and practice context, balancing structure with space for reflection and curiosity.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative supervisor working with qualified and trainee counsellors. My approach is grounded in person centred values and informed by structured models of supervision. I draw on reflective, cognitive and relational frameworks, including the Seven Eyed Model, to support clear clinical thinking and ethical practice.
In supervision, we explore formulation, intervention choices, risk and safeguarding, professional boundaries and use of self. The Seven Eyed Model enables us to consider the client, the therapeutic relationship, your internal process and the wider systemic context in which you are practising.
I work collaboratively, encouraging critical reflection while maintaining a supportive and containing space. My background includes trauma informed practice and neurodivergent presentations, which informs the depth of case discussion where complexity is present.
Supervision is tailored to your modality, level of experience and work setting, including private practice and organisational contexts.
Practice description
Supervision with me is structured, reflective and professionally rigorous. You can expect time to think carefully about your client work, ethical dilemmas and decision making processes.
We will consider the therapeutic relationship, your internal responses, systemic influences and practical intervention planning. I aim to balance support with appropriate challenge so that you develop autonomy and confidence in your practice.
I have particular experience in anxiety, trauma, grief and neurodivergence, including autism, ADHD and OCD. I support supervisees to work safely, ethically and thoughtfully with complex presentations.
My intention is to provide a steady, collaborative supervisory relationship that promotes accountability, resilience and sustainable professional growth.
My first session
The first supervision session focuses on contracting and understanding your current practice. We will discuss your client group, modality, setting, caseload size and any specific areas of development you wish to focus on.
We agree expectations around frequency, record keeping, confidentiality, safeguarding and emergency procedures. I may ask you to share how you currently structure your sessions and any challenges you are experiencing.
