About me and my therapy practice

I am a Registered Member of the BACP (MBACP) and I hold a master's degree in clinical psychology. I work with adults aged 18 and over across the UK via online therapy. People come to me for many reasons: anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship strain, life transitions, or a quieter sense that something feels stuck or hard to name.

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic thinking and held in a person-centred way. That means I offer a calm, confidential space where we can slow things down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and gently explore patterns that may be shaping how you feel, relate, and cope. I work at a pace that feels safe and respectful, and I place real value on the therapeutic relationship: trust, steadiness, and feeling understood are central to the work.

I offer both individual therapy and couples therapy. With couples, my focus is on helping you understand the cycle you get pulled into, speak more honestly, and reconnect with what matters to you both.

Practice description

I offer private therapy online via Zoom. Working online can make therapy easier to access and can still feel deeply connected and containing.

Sessions are 60 minutes and take place in a consistent weekly time where possible.

Fees: £70 individual sessions; £90 couples sessions. A small number of concessionary slots are available.

My first session

Before we begin, I offer a free 20-minute consultation. This gives you a chance to tell me a little about what brings you to therapy, ask any questions, and get a sense of whether I feel like the right fit.

If we decide to work together, the first full session will be an assessment. This gives us space for me to understand what is bringing you to therapy, what you have tried so far, and what you are hoping for. It also gives you time to experience how I work and decide whether I feel like the right therapist for you. There is no pressure to have everything clearly explained at the beginning; we can begin where you are and make sense of it together over time.
