About me and my therapy practice
I'm a UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist based in Shoreditch, London, offering in-person and online sessions.
I work with people navigating identity, relationships, burnout, and anxiety that can sit quietly behind success or performance.
You don't need to be in crisis to come - many people simply want to take their emotional wellbeing seriously or understand themselves more deeply.
I offer a steady, grounded presence, especially when things feel too much. There’s space for the heavy things you’ve never said out loud, the contradictions, the parts that don’t make sense yet - without rushing to fix any of it. I won’t give advice or tell you what to do. Instead, we explore where something started, why it made sense at the time, and how it still shows up now.
The relationships that shape you are always part of the picture - the important ones from the past, how you relate to yourself now, and what happens between us here too. That last part matters as it's often where lasting change begins, and where old patterns can start to loosen their grip.
