About me and my therapy practice
I'm a UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist based in Soho, London, offering online and in-person sessions.
I work with people navigating identity, relationships, burnout, and anxiety that can sit quietly behind success or performance - often young professionals and creatives, though not exclusively.
You don't need to be in crisis to come - many people simply want to take their emotional wellbeing seriously or understand themselves more deeply.
My style is collaborative - I won't give advice or tell you what to do. Instead, we reflect and explore together, making sense of what's happening and figuring out what change might look like for you.
My practice is inclusive and welcoming of people from all backgrounds and identities, including those who identify as LGBTQ+.
50-minute sessions from £80. Get in touch to arrange a free initial consultation. No pressure to continue, just a chance to talk.

My first session
Our first session is a one-off 50min consultation where you can share what's on your mind and what you hope to gain from therapy - and I'll try to give you a sense of how I work. We'll use this time to see if it feels like a good fit, with no pressure to commit to more sessions afterwards.
I also offer a free 15-minute introductory call - a chance to briefly introduce yourself and ask any practical questions before booking.
