About me and my therapy practice
Exploring Your Story
I support clients in understanding how early life experiences and relationship patterns can shape the way we feel, think, and respond in the present. This includes exploring how these patterns may influence emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and the dynamics within intimate relationships.
My practice
I work across both school and private practice settings, offering counselling and psychotherapy to adolescents within educational environments, alongside confidential one-to-one therapy for adults and young people. I also provide couples counselling, creating a supportive space to explore relationship dynamics, communication, and patterns of connection.
Alongside my clinical work, I deliver workshops and wellbeing talks for schools, organisations, and teams. These sessions cover topics including emotional wellbeing, resilience, attachment, relationships, and mental health awareness, with the aim of creating greater understanding and practical tools for supporting mental health.
Practice description
Professional Registration & Training:

My approach
Rooted in empathy, openness, and cultural awareness. I recognise that no two people experience life in the same way, and I offer a respectful, non-judgemental space where your individual experiences, values, and circumstances can be explored.
Areas of Support
Individuals and couples experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, grief and loss, relationship and communication difficulties, exploration around identity and self-esteem, significant life changes, and experiences shaped by culture or belonging.
My first session
I’ve outlined the process to be simple, supportive, and completely pressure-free:
Step 1: Initial consultation
A relaxed opportunity for us to connect, talk briefly about what has brought you to therapy, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
Step 2: First session
We will get to know each other, understand what’s brought you to therapy, and discuss what you’d like support with whilst setting short-term and long-term goals.
Step 3: Ongoing therapy
Dedicated sessions to give you the space to share your story in more depth with an approach that feels right for you.
Sessions take place weekly or fortnightly, usually arranged in blocks of 12 sessions, with regular opportunities to review your progress and consider what you need next.
